All right, great. Well, definitely we've got to talk about vibe when we're talking about healthy pressures because every time we work with somebody, we want to start off to lay a foundational wellness. Tim. Thank you. Well, the other thing we want to talk about pressure is the Omega complete. Now we talked in depth about that.

We kind of did a deep dive into that last week. And that's the EPA and DHA that's in that. And we talked last week about the DHA being more for the brain, the EPA being for the rest of the body. But there's been tremendous studies done on this, and this product has been proven safe over the years.

But one of the studies we referred to last week was over 30 years ago. They studied the Eskimos. And, you know, they've got a very rich diet in fish, so they're taking in a lot of cholesterol and fat and that kind of thing. So their diet's kind of on the fatty side.

But compared to other people, what they found with the Eskimos is that they didn't seem to have the cardiovascular challenges that others did. And what they attributed that to was the fatty acids they were getting in the fish. Now, what we have at CGR Wellness to offer you is a fatty acid that is 94 percent pure. So the capillaries, the smaller blood vessels are reaching out to the very, you know, extremities of my body. And there's a lot of benefit to that as well. Yeah, I do, but I try to keep from doing that. But I just want to share with your listeners that I have a personal history of high cholesterol. And that came from my mother's side. She passed away last October with a calcified heart valve. And I get what's called a heart smart scan to tell how much plaque that I'm building up in my body. They look at it right around the heart where all the arteries are going in the heart and there's more oxidation there in any other place. Well, believe it or not, you know, the cardiologist had told my mother before she passed that I would have the same thing she was going to have. I'm going to have that calcification because it's inherited. Well, I'm 65 years old and I went and got a heart smart scan after she had had her last visit because he was telling her that I needed to get in there and see him.
