Take it away. Oregano. We're talking about oregano. So we've covered, by the way, we've covered echinacea as one of the products that's in here. We've also covered the vitamin C. We talked a little bit about vitamin D. And then we talked about elderberry was another one of the products that we talked about and the benefits of elderberry. And now we're talking about oregano.

Right. And we were just finishing up on what oregano did as far as Candida. Candida is something that's sometimes not harmful really in the gut, but it can lead to yeast problems.

Chamomile also has some other benefits to it when it comes to reducing menstrual pain for women. It's been known to do that. But again, the benefits of that particular product are very... But you can still operate heavy machinery?

Yeah, you can still operate heavy machinery. Oh, okay. Just wanted to make sure. We don't want to have somebody taking a cold buster and going out and having a problem when they're driving a truck or such.

But there you go. And that's another one in there that's just going to help with the inflammation process. It has historically been used for treating colds.

You know, you can see that it's done that over a period of time. So that's kind of why chamomile is in there. And that's one product and that's not an antioxidant, believe it or not. All the rest of them that we talked about are antioxidants. Real quickly, can you explain, you know, for somebody that's just kind of hearing, okay, antioxidant, I mean, we hear that term and we hear, oh, yeah, you need antioxidants.

But what is a free radical exactly? You briefly threw it out. Well, you know, a piece of metal, you throw it out in the yard and it rusts.

Okay. But how does... I mean, you're not a yard and you're not ingesting a chunk of metal. So what do free radicals do to your cells? Free radicals can actually damage the DNA. And at that level, it can affect the body because the free radicals that are formed in the body from an oxidation standpoint can damage DNA. You got it covered. You know what, listen, you know what, I've had good teachers and you've been one of those as well. But I've had good teachers and, you know, folks, I've told you, understanding this stuff has been what has saved my life. When you're given a diagnosis of three to six months to live, you have a choice.

You can lie down and die or you can actively become involved in fighting back. And part of that is educating yourself and understanding what do you need to be doing differently in order to try to regain your health. And that's where this knowledge that I had, and that's why it's so important. But that's why, Tim, I'm, you know, when you introduced me, because you're the one that introduced me to this line of products.
