And as I was praying and getting ready for the program today, it just really hit me the mirrored images of you had Jim Comey, James Comey, who should be in prison right now, he's not yet, but he should be, who goes to the White House, has a setup meeting with Mike Flynn, reveals certain pieces of information essentially regarding the Steele dossier that's all made up, gets it out there, then allows the press to be the ones that break the story. So now that validates that the Steele dossier is a real thing, because everybody knows that, you know, the media doesn't lie.
Fake news never lies. And so now it's out there. Well, now they sidestepped a meeting with the president, and they went straight to Mar-a-Lago. They invaded his private residency. They have his medical records. They have his financial records, personal, by the way.
And then they come out and they start doing this. And his attorneys said to the judge, they're going to try to leak something. They're going to try to accuse him of something. As long as they have control of the narrative, they're going to make up whatever they're going to make up. We already know that because they've already done it. They did it with Ukraine, and then they did it with the Steele dossier. It's all over again.
It's the same program. And who do they go to? The same newspaper, The Washington Post. For crying out loud, folks, if you're still listening or watching what The Washington Post is putting out there, honest to goodness, and you're assuming that there's anything that they say that's actually the truth, without really, really, really having to digest it for a bit, you have swallowed the great delusion that the Lord said he's going to send in 2 Thessalonians, which, by the way, was my response to Biden's speech. David, there's so much in here.
You and I talked about Fourth Amendment, violation there. And David is with us for the full hour. So we're going to, we've still got quite a bit of time here.
But I want to take advantage of these minutes. You were telling me that you spent the weekend looking at the JFK assassination. I assume historically to kind of get some ideas to how they were doing things as a deep state then versus how they are doing things now. That's entirely accurate, Greg. I did spend a good chunk of time watching that. It started out by accident.
It wasn't on purpose. I saw one thing and it led to another and it led to another. Ultimately, the analogies of what President Kennedy was attempting to do in terms of getting people out of war, in terms of not spending money to support the military industrial complex, some of the other things regarding the Federal Reserve. President Kennedy was doing things that were disturbing to many of the powerful deep state type people, if you will. And the evidence is overwhelming in terms of how they modified the autopsy photos and any number of changes. But the more looked over matters is that there was in fact a reporter that had the equivalent of a 200 million person social media audience. And that was Dorothy Kilgallen. Nobody pays too much attention to her, but she was actually killed about a year and a half after, almost two years after the assassination when she was about to reveal the connections between the CIA and the Kennedy assassination and the mob. And it was very, very interesting, all the work that was used to control the media and the narrative, all the changes that went on. It was kind of a little bit easier because they only had three major networks. They didn't have a lot of competing media like yourself and any number of the other outlets that regular folks have these days. But nevertheless, the control of the narrative was the key to concealing all the issues regarding John Kennedy's assassination.
Now, go ahead. Well, I was going to say, I watched in part of the disinformation DVD that I had mentioned to you, they reference a KGB that Khrushchev and had essentially said, I want Kennedy dead. I want Kennedy dead. And that the Russians may well have played a role in that as well. But of course, if Americans found out that Russia assassinated their president, there would have been no stopping the next step, I don't think. That's one possible political narrative that is out there. I suspect that that was out there for the purpose of cleansing the reasons why the cover-up was taking place. Because it sounds almost benign to say, well, we were trying to protect the American people from having this outburst against the Russians that could lead to nuclear war. That almost makes the deep state people sound like they're being nice to protecting us. I don't buy that at all. What I suggest is that the two forces were working together.
Because the communists have been working to overthrow the United States of America since coming out of World War II. I mean, that was the reason. When Patton said, we need to go into Russia, and we need to help the Russian people, and we need to overthrow Stalin. And that's what Patton said. And Patton had a plan for that. Oh, absolutely. They killed him. Exactly. That's why he was assassinated. And it was interesting, when you were talking about this earlier, I've been thinking about what you had said, about the difference between now versus what they're doing with President Trump and his followers and so on.
A couple of things. One, remember that they wiped out 100 million people in Russia. So to wipe out 75 million Americans would be nothing. Literally, folks, it would be nothing to them.
It would mean nothing. They've already got the apparatus in place to do it. They've already done it. Historically, they've done it. So it's not a big deal.
But here's the thing. Back in the early 60s, they weren't as in control as they feel that they are right now. So they had to kill Kennedy, because they didn't have the power that they needed in order to keep controlling the narrative. Now they feel as though they have complete control of the narrative. They're in charge.
They're running everything. And so they don't need to kill the leader of the opposition party. They just need to make it so that he can't run again.
And we're going to take a quick break. But something that's interesting, I don't know if you saw this or not. Coy Griffin, who was the founder of Cowboys for Trump, has just had a judge issue an order against him, saying that because he was involved in the January 6, quote unquote, insurrection, he is constitutionally ineligible to run for any political office, state or federal. And the judge just issued that order. Now that's kind of obscure off in New Mexico. And nobody's really paying a lot of attention to that yet, David.
But it is huge, because once that passes through, now they can do the same thing to every single person, including the former President of the United States, by suggesting that he had some role in what they call an insurrection, which it wasn't, and use that as a means to disqualify him. And welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio, where no topic is off limits and everything filtered through biblical glasses and my very special guest, David Shostakos. So David, as I was kind of, you know, talking about that and the Coy Griffin situation, that really is much more significant than perhaps folks are recognizing it as. Am I on to something with my assessment of that?
I know you are on to something. The idea of enforcing the 14th Amendment is what they call Disqualification Clause, an enforcement by a state judge based upon a conviction for trespassing. And I suppose it's worthwhile just hitting on the Disqualification Clause for a moment, which indicates that someone that previously has taken an oath to support the Constitution and then engages in insurrection or giving aid and comfort to the enemy. And by the way, there's no definition of insurrection in the Constitution in the 14th Amendment.
There's no definition of aid and comfort either, nor is there a definition of enemy. So it all becomes very difficult. But at any rate, they are then disqualified. So you have to have held an office before, taken an oath before, and then essentially be found to have violated that oath. And you can no longer hold office, either state or federal. And Mr. Griffin out in New Mexico was convicted of trespassing on January 6th.
And yet a New Mexico state judge has entered a ruling. And he's apparently, from what I understand, a member of a county commissioner. He's a county commissioner, for which they had a recall election. And the people of his commission of his commission district essentially voted to retain him. Right. They voted for him. Yeah, he has the support of the people. Right.
Right. And this judge, nevertheless, has declared him disqualified from holding office for, again, trespassing. Where the judge has the authority to make a finding of insurrection or giving aid and comfort, I have no idea where the judge believes he has such authority. Obviously, this would get appealed. Since it was a New Mexico state judge, it will get appealed within the New Mexico judicial system originally.
And then ultimately, depending on how far it goes, it could wind up in the United States Supreme Court. Because that disqualification clause was passed in the aftermath of the Civil War and was largely designed for folks that had held office and then engaged actually in war against the United States. They were part of the rebellion of the Confederate States of America. Yeah.
Okay. And but strangely enough, that section almost never applied to anybody from there because the President Johnson pardoned most of the folks. 99 percent of the folks were pardoned by President Johnson. And then following that, the Congress itself passed a law with the exception of apparently two representatives from Florida that they didn't particularly like. The Congress passed a law absolving pretty much everybody else from the enforcement of this clause. So it was passed in the aftermath of the Civil War, designed to deal with folks that engaged in actual rebellion rather than somebody that stepped on the grass at the Capitol. Well, and if I might just and I don't know, you know, if we can bring this into part of the conversation, but I mean, this was part of you have five items in that First Amendment, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to redress the government and freedom to peacefully assemble. There are those that would argue and video that would correlate with that they were there peacefully. That the few that were doing whatever was going on was on one side of the Capitol, while there was a bunch that were gathered together on the other side of the Capitol that were very peaceful, that were praying, and that were there specifically to redress their government and speak freely.
And there were stages that had been set on the Capitol steps, wherein they were given permission to be able to have these rallies to begin with. No, the whole the whole prosecution of this is a fiasco. There's no question that if you want to prosecute the actual criminal acts of any given individual, then you prosecute them for those criminal acts. To throw a blanket over people just because they were present someplace is, it certainly runs afoul of those sections of the First Amendment that you were citing, but they run afoul of every element, every aspect of criminal law, because criminal law says that you must do a criminal act and you must have a criminal state of mind while you're doing that act to, in fact, engage in that activity to be convicted of it.
Now, I'm thinking about something else. And so let me ask you this, because I used to tell my kids as they were growing up, I'd say, look, be careful who you're riding around with, be careful who you're hanging out with, because you don't want to be sitting in a car as, say, the driver, and your friend goes into, you know, the 7-Eleven, which I know that dates a lot of things here, but nonetheless goes in and pulls a robbery or steals something or what have you and jumps in the car and tells you take off. Now, you can be considered an accessory to the criminal act that they participated in. Is that an accurate statement?
Oh, no, that's a very accurate statement. You can actually, you know, if you're assuming you drove the car away, you're just as guilty for the robbery, not even an accessory. You're part of the whole execution of the plan. Even if you didn't know that that's what they did?
That's a separate question. That's potentially a defense. I actually had a case like that, where there was a young man that drove around a few folks to make deals, and they were buying cocaine. He drove them to four or five different places while they were buying drugs.
Turns out, and I don't mean to diminish pizza delivery boys, but he was in the car, he was in the car, he was in his early 30s, and all he'd been able to do in his life for cheap was to become a pizza delivery boy. So he just thought he was driving his friends around. We ultimately had him found that guilty because he literally did not know and was actually incapable of knowing of what happened, what was going on. So it can happen and it can be a material defense per se. I just wondered because I was thinking as you were sharing about the situation, people who were on the grounds when criminal acts were being created, that would be their defense.
Look, how do I know that what somebody's doing on the other side when I'm out here and we're praying for our country or we're waiting for the opportunity for somebody to come out or us to be able to come in to be able to say, hey, we think the process that you're doing is wrong. I mean, it's like, for example, that one gentleman from Pennsylvania who was mistakenly went after him as the guy that was holding the crutch. He wasn't the guy holding the crutch, but they thought that he was. And he got an impact shot to his leg. And as a story that was just a broadcaster or just put into the epic times and shattered the bone, shattered his leg.
I mean, he's permanently got some damage going on. But he was there because he wanted to make sure that the second group of Pennsylvania delegates that were there to electors to support Trump would be considered by Congress because the legislature of Pennsylvania, in his mind, as he understood it, had sent a second group as representatives because there was a concern about the legitimacy of the election. And I had Greg Stenstrom on, by the way, last week, and I'm going to have him back on again. And they've written a book about, it's entitled, Dual Election, I think, something to that effect. But essentially that there was a shadow election that went on that's the results that were used. It went, in fact, the real results were completely and totally different. And it was predicated on, and they have the evidence, it was predicated on a dump of dummy ballots in Pennsylvania. Oh, there's a lot of things wrong with Pennsylvania, Greg.
I could go on for a while. I know you were. I told Greg, by the way, and thank you, Lord, for reminding me, I need to connect you and Greg because I think there's a lot of stuff for you guys to talk about relative, but they have a lawsuit going. He and his partner have a lawsuit going against Pennsylvania. It's the last remaining lawsuit that's still active that has passed all the hurdles to this point to basically say that the election in Pennsylvania was wrong. In the primary, just this past May, normally there's a 20% voter turnout. There was in Allegheny County, which you're very familiar with.
I'm very familiar, yeah. There was a 109% primary turnout in May. Yeah, and that brings to mind one of the reasons why they had to kill Kennedy and they can try and destroy Trump. You know, the election machinery was certainly compromised in many ways in 1960, but they didn't have the technology to compromise it in the same fashion that they have to compromise today. And the conduct of so many elected officials gives you pause to believe that they don't believe that elections exist because there's no people, there is no way that we have, there's a new law going into effect.
There's a no cash bail law going into effect in Illinois on January 1st that includes essentially decriminalizing trespassing and other kinds of property crimes and that makes it so that police can't arrest people. There is no way a representative who is duly actually elected and was concerned about elections would ever possibly vote for such a law. That's an important piece of this puzzle. I'm going to throw something at you, David, that I just saw. I just found L.A. County DA George Gascon.
You know, you know that name. Well, in 2020, he gave a lecture at USC in which he said that he and Soros started what they called the Progressive Prosecutor Project. And he convinced Soros to cede 50 million dollars to the ACLU in 2014 in order to get started with this whole entire progressive, we're not going to prosecute, we're going to give people the green light so that we can create the chaos necessary to overthrow the system.
And he gave a lecture about it at USC. Yeah, it's not a secret anymore, you know, in terms of the lectures that they've given, in terms of what they've gone to prosecutors for, essentially, it's a misnomer to call them prosecutors anymore. They don't do anything to prosecute, to actually protect the people. And that's, of course, almost, I would suggest the first duty of government, that's the whole point of government, is to have safeties and civility in our lives. And so, doing away with the institutions that provide that safety and civility is certainly undermining the country, generally, but it's not, you know, they did the prosecutor thing, and we've got these new laws around this whole no cash bail situation. These are all designed to allow them for riots, not necessarily riots, but unrest in our streets by not taking away the people that do take care of such unrest, or properly prosecuted for what they actually commit.
You know, let's say, so this becomes a problem, and then you wind up with the problem that we started the hour with, or started the 45 minutes with, anyway. And that is, you know, our Cowboys for Trump ban that was now effectively removed from office by a New Mexico state judge. When you talk about constitutional originalism, that also doesn't just apply to the original Constitution that is not amended, or the first 10 amendments in the Bill of Rights, that also applies to any amendments that have come afterwards. And in terms of the 14th amendment, which was passed right after the Civil War, you have to also look at what the intent of this disqualification clause was. The intent of the disqualification clause was to essentially indicate that people that have actually engaged in rebellion, that is, oh, I don't know, soldiers for the Confederacy, people that actually funded the Confederacy, people that actually were responsible for the deaths of Union soldiers, this is what the, you know, this disqualification clause was intended to do. It was not intended for the purpose of disqualifying from office somebody that stepped on the grass at the Capitol. There are other folks that didn't, more important are, you know, worse things, and property destruction, and other kinds of things like that. But as opposed to, did they actually engage in rebellion?
Was there any opportunity to overthrow the United States of America? Right. You know, there was not. And so, you know, this has criminal penalties, this disqualification clause, and certainly I would suggest that it needs to be held to a criminal standard of beyond a reasonable doubt, that in fact, this is what you engaged in. And so this is, but it is problematic because if they start throwing this around, there is no place, there's no necessarily place to stop.
I don't know. It seems to me that anybody that tried to take over the federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon should be disqualified from office. What about those that held the Wisconsin courthouse for, what was it, two weeks, armed individuals who took over the Wisconsin Capitol for two weeks? That was a true insurrection. They wouldn't let the governor do his job. They wouldn't let anyone do their job. They held a gun to legislators heads and said, you'll do what we want you to do or else.
Yeah. And the Constitution, the 14th Amendment gives no contours to what insurrection actually is. That's the only place that it's used in the Constitution. And so I would suggest that, yeah, the New Mexico judge has gone really way too far, but they don't really care about going too far. They just care about winning. They just care about suppressing their enemies by utilizing government authority, government power, but not necessarily utilizing the law. Pretending the law is what they want it to be.
Subjective versus objective. But I think this goes back to what I was saying before, whereas with Kennedy and so on, they did not believe at that point and they weren't. They were not far enough in control. They didn't have the Chevron doctrine as an example. They didn't have the administrative state. They hadn't armed the BLM and the EPA and the IRS and so on. I mean, they didn't have the things in place that they have in place.
The army, if you will. Look at, I mean, Coy was told, Coy and his attorney were going to turn themselves in. And the night before he was going to turn himself in, they busted down his door and grabbed him and did a swat on him. And he asked one of the guys, A, I didn't even go into the Capitol. Why are you guys behaving like this?
My attorney and I have an agreement where I'm getting ready to turn myself in in the morning, eight hours from now. And the guy said, because you killed one of ours. Because he believed the rhetoric. He believed the lies that somehow Coy and those that were there had something to do with the death of Brian Sicknick, which we now know is a lie.
And that it was the DC Capitol Police and they're ignoring the man's physical health and medical condition that actually led to his death. It's very difficult to respond to that. We live in a world where truth has no meaning, because the folks that are in charge of dis and misinformation are in charge of so many things. So I would suggest to you that we have to fight back with, in fact, truth. We have to fight back with the actual definitions of what insurrection is. And that's when we go to originalism and make these determinations.
So this is where we're at, Greg. This is problematic. But there's so many places where they pretend the truth is.
This is maybe where I could talk about next week. But if people on Google are just stocus and normal, I'm involved with a hearing before an electoral board where an electoral board is pretending that their town is an incorporated town. And under Illinois law, they're a village. So they're pretending the law is what they want it to be rather than what the law is. And this is so pervasive. And we have troubles and we're going to deal with this.
Well, and it's over and over and over again. And it's judges that are making the same decision. I mean, you have judges that have decided that they're going to determine what the law is in accordance with what they say it is. It reminds me of a saying from a film called Shooter, where where, you know, the guy mockingly says, you know, the law is what I say the law is. Well, that, folks, that that is that is exactly where we are. That is exactly where we are today, unfortunately. David, I thank you for being here.
