Yeah there promoting drag queens in church a hearing. Taxes then across the country. It's a thing I am just absolutely stunned. Let's see also Lightsey Rose.

I believe he rose is going to be our our our guest with the MRC and news busters today so we'll talk about what's happening with regards to censorship and in the news and what the news doesn't want you to hear media bias, things of that nature where the conversation Rick Manning is with us today may have a special guest with him.

Not sure, but will let you know it's out. Lots to talk about with Rick Afghan and so forth. Sam found a retired CIA agent will be with us at the top of the next hour and will be talking with Sam Brennan and strike back in the news this is a story that I talked about quite in-depth with Paul Jana check with Scott Ewing or with several others. Bart Mark boys back in the day of almost 2 years ago now and and and now of course you know it's it's back out again and new information and now strike as a potentially direct tie the working as an undercover CIA agent operative under the auspices of the FBI so that the CIA could spy on Americans on American soil. Yeah why not this just to everything illegal: let's do it.

By the way, wow the other party's president is the president of all love the other party has a president in office that we can make absolutely certain that were committing treason.

And that's what it is its treason and to talk about some of the treason side in the Constitution and things of that nature is always a pleasure to have with me on Wednesdays. David just focus constitutional originalist is the author also of a couple of great books. Greg is great to be with you is always a highlight of the middle of the week or round for me. Generally look forward to admin.

We know the day on weekends going up after that. Actually now are getting closer and closer to Labor Day. The weather's been cool and strong and ready for hockey why Terrace manages you I miss you Bobby Hall. You know those a variety of folks that I actually grew up with around 1961 Stanley Cup winners Bobby Hall Eric Mr. Randall Peter Pallotta climb Hall told the young fellow.

Then Michiko Mackey.

I was used to go to the state. One of those things out during that dead or not one to the seat 61, when into triple overtime and I was only eight years old and it was so cool the state by three room three in the morning you how awesome how awesome back in the day.

It was a it was a whole different city back then to Alyssa all absolutely this course. The old Chicago Stadium was on the west side of the city is now been replaced by what they call United Center by the old – driver said it was on the west side isperfectly safe. No problems are going to the west side was out of town. Driver stated eight years old with your dad and everything like that, you know, even we were there. So write this for so long ago that they didn't have class around the rink that actually chicken wire. Oh my gosh and cut holes in the chicken wire for the TV cameras that crazy, look how water it augurs everybody knows how expensive professional sports is these days bright. I was a Cub Scout one were going to those games and my dad where season-ticket holders but my dad called the Aguilar Carstensen asked if he could get a deal to bring my Cub Scout troop engaged in literally adjacent 50 tickets home game for all of all the Cub Scouts and her anger rather than their parents do I come to a hockey game, so I visited world Dragon only really was that so cool.

I was telling you I was at Golden State seals fan back in the day and my next-door neighbor's sister who was about 30 years older than us worked for the Oakland Coliseum, so she and and they she and her husband had bought a house at the other end of the street that we lived on and that she would come down and and bring some of the guys down and I got to meet Carol Vanier and we had one of those you know, back in those days it was really a big deal in California have a screened in room in the back so you had indoor outdoor carpeting on on what used to be your patio and then you had this indoor outdoor screen room with with the little plastic panels and and during the fall in the spring you would take the panels out so it would have this kind open-air feel to it and then during the winter. You would close it all up like we had a winner in California. I know I know I know I know I was. I was prepared I was prepared for that. But at any rate, we use the be in that back room and play indoor hockey in that back room and so we couple we got to get Carol Vanier out on our on our pretend I see it look not so was also something very special about California and I would be ice just yes absolutely. But you know she brought them and also she brought some Oakland Athletics home to Chuck Dobson who pitched the first no-hitter in Oakland for the A's back in the late 60s, also was there and then of course I met Dick Greene through my mom and and she was a medical office in Hayward and his wife brought the kids in there and we got to be pretty good friends with the greens and I used to do I get to go to A's games and Ashley got to go to the A's World Series games and 72 73 and 74, and we even sat in Dick greens box amazing things in those days stringers in area and a mustache that Reggie Jackson sound and Ocampo camp in Marysville North I didn't realize I actually was watching the above, I would think this was the Baltimore Orioles and the and the Cincinnati Reds and I didn't realize what at what a great player. Don venture was I he was just kind of an unassigned as he was only there for one year from the A's run, but he played in a couple of different World Series in his in his younger days, as I just thought that was kind of a kind of interesting that I've been I've been feeling nostalgic based on all the nonsense that's going on. David, I gotta tell you, I try to get it trying to get a little bit of relief. I I watch the 1952 World Series last night. Good yeah yeah yeah sure got 56 and Donna Larson's first day. Yeah yeah the perfect game but it was still that was still a unit of the Brooklyn Dodgers and the New York Yankees and 52 so that was that. And then that was there and then and then I watch the 61 which was mantle and merits of the movie. I know you know but the actual games. Okay, yes, some of the actual games and the highlights from the 61 season. Yeah, the movie 61 is really very good to you is XZ exciting time and unfortunately I'm overtime Roger marriage did not get get his due. No not not until not until 1992 when they finally took the Asterix away you know which was switches yeah which is really quite sad. I want to get to little question that I had asked as the folks at Parnassus weevil 100 down. This tells you way I hope you enjoyed that conversational bit and and that is having to do with on the local level. I had mentioned to you that you know that I wondered about folks going and talking to their local County judges in their local sheriffs about some of the intrusions by the by federal authorities and and so the question that I have is you know what level of authority does the local sheriff have an under what an under what legal precedents is… I guess let's start with Alan. Yes, her lawyer question closing in there that you're interested in talking about is to what extent does do local law enforcement authorities have the ability to enforce the law when the federal government comes in their jurisdiction, especially extralegal for all pressure purposes. Trying to fit the if the agents of the federal government are trying to execute a say execute a warrant. That was I not obtained properly or coming to the jurisdiction and that exercise and local law enforcement authority without having talked to the doctor.

The sheriff without having an accident you establish cooperation in that regard, and it's very strange, something interesting about the Constitution jolly when we wallow in fact ultimately look to the springboard to give their opinion on the situation regarding the Constitution. In some respects, every, every government officer has a duty to infect obey the Constitution, to the extent that they have the ability to within the authority of their jurisdiction. They have the they have the ability to make their cost crucial interpretation until it is otherwise decided by the court and so Indocin. The circumstances should a federal officer come to execute a search warrant without having provided knowledge to a local authority and without them doing the and all the things necessary to get that proper. They would be subject to arrest. Like any other citizen that invades somebody's home this is that this is what is at issue in the present trumps of present trumps motion on the fourth amendment to appoint a special master to review what the what the FBI agents walked out tomorrow I go with because, and this is what I get to that predict the yard in the County County for BC affect health. I have authority to infect interdict federal officers if the county authority believes that the federal officers are acting outside law, I will integrate freight work and really get into this.

Folks, we did not simply stay tuned.

Tell your friends, by the way as well. Look, we the people are what's going to stop this. This usurping of authority were the only ones that can do it but we have to have an understanding of the facts so that we can present them and we need to be able to support our local County judges in our local County Sheriff's by helping them to understand these facts as well and then supporting them as they carry out the constitutional duties and the law back with more right after this Certified natural health practitioner. Thanks so much for being with me. My very special guest as we do each and every Wednesdays day we just focus our constitutional originalists find them@justfocus.com you can go right through this website right here. If you happen to me on our side. A generation.com chosen generation, a new.com and if you're not, you can be and you can be watching us what it will way that you we promise we will because we love having you join us live just like this at any rate were talking about you know the things at the local level, which takes this into the fourth amendment issues.

Which really takes this into the case of our 45th president Donald John Trump and what happened to him at his residence in mar Lago, which was federal agents serving a war and going into his home and and many are questioning where were as the local authorities. Where was the local sheriff, where was the local law enforcement and now with all the questions that are coming to bear about the judge and his background and who he is and and now were going to get into this with Sam at the top of the next hour, but questions about Peter strike and his involvement in this John Brennan the that the entire FBI crew that carried this out appears to be the same crew that was carrying out all of the Russia Russia Russia FBI investigation that we know was bogus.

All of the phony FISA warrants that were sworn out based on illegal documentation and somebody should be going to jail for all that, and now that same crew apparently when in the mar Lago looking for, the evidence that the president had declassified that proved they were all criminals that I mean you know what would people want to talk about Watergate and all this other guy the nonsense Lily tell you some folks we I mean right. The Russia Russia. Russia continues on at any rate, I've prefaced as much as I think I can from a non-attorney's perspective. David a jump in the air and and and let's talk through this organist been probably the whole next half hour talking about this. Yeah, sure, an issue really turns out to be the fourth amendment. There's an interesting problem with the full in terms of how it is executed here in the country house in force during the conflict because the fourth amendment is that amendment that grows out of the king's writs of assistance always excellent but that's where these things came from K and there was the risk of assistance during the colonial days that allow the exchange agents to essentially search anywhere any time for. I will say one of these rankings warrants in her hand. They could search anywhere, anytime, for up to two until after six months after the king died and it was an okay so I these things lasted forever, and that's not what we want up with the fourth amendment regarding protections against unreasonable searches and seizures, and on and of course our rest that require a warrant to June is thanks but requires a sworn statement by law enforcement official presented to our neutral magistrate describing with particular hilarity of the items to be seized and the place to be searched, and so that's what's at. I said to some degree is what Eddie is what is at issue in the Trump manner and would also be in and issuing. There are some sort of hypothetical you are describing to your sheriff and Josh because this particularity issue, one of which are one of the particular particularity as I actually that's actually in the eye in the amendment particularity and so because the amendment because the Lord is so send things that were stored with other things that they were looking for some linkages willy-nilly for God to walk in. There is always like this blanket want and usually fourth amendment litigation turns out to be something that happens after a criminal case is underway, and that is when a defendant in a criminal case challenges, whether or not the evidence was acquired in a fashion that was legal and whether or not that evidence should be suppressed in the in the trial already out of the criminal charge and that's a failing of the American system and how that's in force and the president is bringing number one that life because she is not been charged with anything criminally right is challenging or source, or so we believe he hasn't been charged with anything they that it's almost like they've attempted to slip that in and infer that now you know there's there are criminal because I I've seen some headlines from some of the radical fake news. I will talk about that when we get back right after this brief. They were just focus our guest on the host asked Regulus and you should generation radio I would ingratiate a product to change my life chronicled by CTI wellness… I did a trickle program before I discovered by I was taken to traditional vitamin and mineral tablets was really feeling any different. Imagine generation radio or no topic is off-limits and everything will turn through local glasses, the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. David yes it is, of course, it is part of problem with EM with a out with the trunk walk right at the moment and that Ward talked about not only boxes with particular information that they were looking for but Moore said and any other things that are in the vicinity of the things that they're looking for and generally around the whole entire place so they didn't do anything that does no description of a particular area, particularly describing the things to be seized. It was a blanket if you will use the term fishing expedition. To diminish crucial in that way you is that this is that's what they were doing their rollaround and they took a lot of dialogue property that is likely not even remotely related to the to the matters at hand regarding the alleged and classified document is that there's supposedly looking for in a course only issue about them being classified, of course, is moot because Mr. Shaw had the ability to D classified why he was president before he left before the documents traveled with them and otherwise so, and he present and he's presented that evidence by the way to the ingestion of the American people in the form of photos and documents that that he has as I as revealed and shown where he infects you know declassify these documents so classification that is questionable if so, is just not worth that investors that doesn't even give probable cause which are which is something that it's interesting initially brought to the attention of Judge Reinhardt and them.

But this is a this is very very important case that the president is making in this matter and that isn't that important case is that the saloon should he be successful going forward and having this material reviewed outside of the purview of the FBI. This can create an important precedent for all Americans. Mr. Trump would be better funded and benefiting every American, because as ever talked about earlier in the first first segment that single manner in which the fourth amendment is enforced is after all charges have been filed, and then that that if someone something was obtained illegally by sale warrant was issued because of a false probable cause affidavit, while rough, there was talk about the whole FISA series of warrants that were issued based on that, based upon essentially lies right in those files one should not have ever been issued because because the probable cause affidavit contained lies.

We don't know what to in this probable cause affidavit, but the ability for citizens to challenge these warrants before they are criminally charged would be obscure set for in enforcing the fourth amendment in American law.

This this is something missing in the process is usually right now. Again, didn't. They usually want to see some stuff and then and then you go to court and the lawyers for the defendant is now in charge. Then they argue that the items were seized illegally. They have affidavit was inadequate or the are the officer that presented the affidavit presented that erroneous or even even false information now and so then the issue is whether or not that it can be admitted in the criminal prosecution. But if you can challenge the sentence before.

There's ever a criminal prosecution, are citizens or will be much better off in terms of running a challenge at that point and this is this is an important service that the president is providing to Americans generally in terms of protecting them from federal overreach that they should have the ability to go to court before they're charged with anything that's not. That hasn't existed. Up to now this is distributed very, very important case when I saw the presence of said there was to be a major fourth amendment most of the major fourth amendment is going out of them and then I saw some commentary and that of course Twitter verse and elsewhere. The one time major fourth amendment to this day is that it could have huge impact for all Americans everywhere, particularly in light of the 87,000 new IRS agents absolutely you know) will want God to your house and those are an IRS agent should be so bad as civil enforcement, but not criminal, but they will be looking to enforce criminal laws well and so we need protections under the fourth amendment. In S of having been charged with a criminal violation well and ended in a course you know you get into that that the amount of training that is going to be brought forward as it relates to those agents appears to be almost nonexistent. They're going to be immediately throwing them out into the field. Wheat we broke the story here on while the star was broken. Actually, by current revolts, but current revolts.

Tony Ortiz was with us on Monday talking about 25 offices of the 50 offices that they've open for hiring David 25 of them are right here in Texas and they have eliminated the normal process they would go through for screening of employees by using what they're calling emergency direct hire of components so that means that that a lot of the background checks that they normally would do. They're not going to be doing their granite. They're not.

They don't have to try and find veterans. They don't have to.

They don't have to adhere to any of those kinds of things they can bring these people on and some people on the inside have inferred that they are going to be hiring here in Texas a lot of energy from I don't know what their labor pool is like that. Perhaps I would not apply in well you don't come on down to the end and say it's it's it's really you know but but to your point, you know that this is significant. The first thing that I that I thought of was as though my you know. But here's the problem in this is what our founders said, and this is why we talk a lot here. It should an interesting radio about you know the moral aspect of these things and and that is because good laws are only good because of the actions of good people. So in the same way that these fourth amendment laws and and these procedures will defend good people from being unfairly prosecuted. You can be certain that criminal elements will use the same benefits in an attempt to be able to shield and screen themselves from being caught and well granted and that all general philosophy. However, 99 that guilty individuals go free. That one innocent person be locked up and so sick and that's that. And I think that's really really important guy and I think I probablydictated that we don't want to embark on a single incident in this book should bend over backwards to situate that that does not happen and and and that and again in the when and where you start with that is is you start by changing the moral function in the moral base in the virtual virtue of your populace. That's why I me RR entire system. Unlike you know authoritarian and dictatorial systems and communist systems and so forth.

Our entire system is built around the idea of defending and protecting everyone's liberties, rights and freedoms it. It's all about freedom and and and but without a virtuous moral base. Then you end up having bad actors. You as an employer of my employee handbook only existed because of the fact that I would. I had I had at times, bad employees. I had employees that were not there for the right reasons.

So I had to have a book of rules so that those people wouldn't take advantage of me and collect a paycheck for me and and mess up my business is a great analogy Greg to call the Constitution and employer and employee handbook of us delight us control our employees i.e. the government and the government and people in fact are are all were employees as an employee handbook that is supposed to keep them in charge and define the rules of conduct for God, our employees, the the folks who work for the government and consequently for us that's a wonderful wonderful analogy I've never before. You know that you had to have created an analogy between a constitutional employee handbook, but that's out of that's precisely what it is and it goes on the assumption that there are bad apples within that was in our rent with our run with our society with Maddie and then real quickly and think a break in the Mike and and and and talk about this more. But then that also changes you gonna think about now we the people are the bosses we as people are the bosses. So if you're an owner you know it it initially.

It's like oh I'm an owner, take advantage of this and that and the other boat you begin to understand that as an owner, you have all of the responsive ability and you better act accordingly back with more after this.

My passion is the fight for freedom of father fought for World War II defending our country today. We are no longer fighting with guns. Instead we're fighting an ideological battle for control of our country by contributing to causes constitutional right I am. I didn't mention what is by the support of the young would be more, but it is good community about that they can get at that what the medic on the button all the fish want to on the committee. The thought that quote but I think you'll act doesn't divisiveness the support of the replay photo all of you that God would bless you and God would use you so that we can rule and loadable both in the fort. I didn't need to get those validity having it felt like a dog rescue ID positive.

At this positive pasta that you have been getting what I believe this minute if that really in a bigoted affair took fitting deposit that got on on us passes.

I am following the Bible and I believe that our founders started this nation on the legal principles I'm in support of our military and believe that America should play a role in world security. I believe our Constitution was intended for immoral people and that the Bible contains the only true moral code. I believe we are all born sinners in the God in his grace and mercy said his son Jesus Christ to die for our sins, and that if we will confess our sins is just and righteous to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I believe salvation is not just accomplished a little prayer that is found in how that transformation is lived out Jesus is to be the Lord of our lives and we should follow the precepts. This is not legalism or works, but a life lived out in love and honor towards the one who died for my sins.

Faith without works is dead and is no faith at all. I believe that we will fall and that we need to have a repentant heart that God will ultimately bring us into perfect action. Jesus Christ spirit man perfected and so was man in progress. I believe that we are not to live in guilt and shame of the fall, but we were tense and get up and move closer to Jesus.

I believe that if our nation will repent and turn from wickedness the God will heal our land. I believe that as a Christian I must occupy till he comes and that's a call evil wicked and to learn about those evil acts as a part of the mandated Christianity fits in love also means to be willing to take the risk necessary to confront a friend with the truth in hopes that their heart will be turned because their life matters, even if it means in that moment they will possibly hate me.

It means that I must risk scorned to stand for truth and that I can never sit to conquer the world. God is my everything and Jesus is the love of my life that does not make me weak but strong, silent and not fearful, righteous. Therefore, if you're my friend. We may not fully that I share what I share because I care if you strongly disagree with these beliefs. They are not debatable for me and you can if you choose unfriendly, I do not say this in anger but in love. I wish for you eyes to see nursing here that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, and that God, not man gets to decide what is truth life and the way God bless you know. We got a whole lot more coming up to more great hours but work were talking about and we were talking about it were going in this fourth amendment issue and then we were also talking about you know why it's so important that we have that that the virtue and we compared it to the employee handbook the Constitution as a handbook for who our employees and who are our employees. Again we the people and man.

We just I think that's another piece that I think is so important about this case that Pres. Trump is involved in, and I'm glad that it's highlighting because you know this is Emily January 6 little boy finical murder. The Bundy Ranch situation Waco situation.

Ruby Ridge situation we started with Ruby Ridge and telling us that were not sovereign citizens. It really started there. It started by telling us that were not sovereign were not in charge bow down and kiss the ring. That's how it started. Yeah, well, is there little by little anger there. There's a lot of history to a lot of things and I wicked the 17th amendment yes 70 amendment is probably but to say the wood with the president is doing here is is as I mentioned six formula has the potential to be strongly important for every American citizen in terms of protecting himself from governmental government. Illegal government action. And that brings us right back to our initial conversation which is about how you work can interact with your local authorities.

Your your local sheriff.

Your local county judge and you know and and and it is absolutely reasonable for them to say to you listen give me something that I can work with and and I and I'm right there with you but I need something that I have in my hand that I can say when they come knocking at the door. No. No further.

You can't come here and do that and as interaction courseware restrictions of the fourth amendment to the government, but in terms of forcing those restrictions exist a patchwork of things put together over time and the strongest one in terms of the will of the call. The exclusionary rule that says that things are evidence acquired by the government in violation of the fourth amendment is not something that can be used in the prosecution of the case and prosecution of a criminal matter, but then so that's after-the-fact right. That was after they've already kicked your door down and tore up your house and grab whatever they wanted to grab and now you gotta go hire an attorney and and and if you don't have $10,000 right or $100,000 to plunk down as as the you know retainer if you will. Now what you know now you're just at the mercy of of of whoever at the judge that gave this fourth amendment that they gave him the ability to bust down your door and coming to your house and and in that instance for him to do to reverse his decision means to incriminate himself and to suggest that he shouldn't given that fourth amendment warrant to begin with exactly the case and that is why the process and in advance notifying local authorities and showing the local authorities what they're going to be up to prior to being involved would be an additional check on the execution of the fourth amendment is your shirt for review what they're going to do and see if that in his opinion complies with the fourth amendment. Pursuant to effect the 10th amendment because the 10th amendment reserving the powers to the states, the local authority ultimately means that the local authority are the ones that are granted police power near the photo and was never granted any kind of police power to begin with.

Generally speaking, and so so you know regarding if they're going to execute execute federal law, the supremacy clause.

Notwithstanding the pharmacy because generally speaking I is in regards to conflict of law between the states and the federal government. It doesn't mean their supreme in every walk of life there only suffering with in those within those authorities given by the Constitution, primarily in article 1 section 8 and is trying to execute something outside of that, then the on the local authority has the ability to overrule them and just because they have awarded for one position itself illegally.

They are no worse than any common criminal. Invading your home or they know better and the challenge for the local authority becomes how do I know based on what I can if I don't get you note a larger pool or a bigger picture involving Hanley is the document that says here I have a right to go into this person's place and they don't give me other stuff. It is there, including the probable cause affidavit exactly Snively exact so the sheriff and the local magistrates need to say no. I need to see the rest of the documentation so that I can so I can support what you're doing and if you guys don't get them to check with your guys exactly that and and and and so if you're not going to provide me with that. So, so that really that that's what that's that's what it boils down to is is they need to present to the local magistrate, the local authorities.

All of the documentation that supports probable cause and their reasoning for why they have gotten this warrant and then the the local authority needs to look at that documentation and and they do have the right to make a decision and I guess we need to give those local authorities if there's case law that supports that they have that right to refuse to say no. I think this is illegal may maybe that's the kind of material we need to give them so they can feel comfortable to do that so they can feel comfortable to protect the citizens that elected absolutely and that we are not overrun by the federal bureaucrats right and actually ultimately have the protections of the good local authorities and Christison.

That's the whole principle of the United States to begin with, is that local control over matters is the best control the people that are closest to the people the government officials closest to the people are the ones best situated to make these kinds of decisions am I so you have been additional process that would them involve those folks don't like that stuff like they wanted better the supremacy clause and ignore the 10th amendment I is a little jump. I know you've got a go. I thank you. Our number two straightahead Sam fat is will be with us former CIA will talk with him about some of the stuff as well.
