I'm so pleased to welcome Bart Mark Hoys to the program. Bart, welcome. Good to have you. Thank you. Thank you, Greg. Thank you for that introduction. It's important to let everybody know that I never held a steady job. Well, you know what, what was that I remember the father of the bride, right, Steve Martin's future son in law, when he asked him, you know, what do you do, and the daughter tried to explain that he's he's so good.
He's too expensive, nobody can afford to hire him singularly. So that's it. There you go. So I love it. I love it.
I love it. Listen, we got a lot to get to and and a lot of information to unpack for you folks. As you may know, we had a, a informant that was on that was a part of a report, an Intel report that was delivered to Congress delivered to the Department of Justice, delivered to a number of agencies, the FBI included, that included irrefutable evidence of criminal activity and and a table of contents of who those people were. And then in each section, specific information as to why mentioned in that were people like McCabe, Deshanko individuals like stroke and page and and others Perkins koi was also a part of that. The plot has thickened Bart, as I understand it from what you had sent to me.
And I'm going to give just kind of the overview and then I want you to plunge down deep into it. But one of the main characters in this play, who used to work for Perkins koi is Mark Elias, he's on a lot of people's radar relative to his manipulation or potential involvement in election manipulation. There is an investigate Perkins koi tied to the Russia indication as well. They're in that indictment document, they are mentioned in the indictment document, you have the Deshanko indictment, you have Terry McAuliffe, who hired Mark Elias. And so there's a connection to the young can election and then the most recent Virginia election and the win by winsome Sears. Okay, now I've just kind of given the overview, unpack some of this for me, Bart and how does this connect and why do Americans need to understand these issues? Okay, so let's start out Thank you, Greg.
Let's start out with Perkins koi. That's the law firm that was at the heart of the Russian dossier hoax. And people do this, people in Washington learned, I don't know how long ago, I first learned of it maybe 15 years ago, I discovered that people do this. You hire a law firm, you've heard of money laundering, where you, you, you have money that you've gained illegally, and, and you invest it in some, some kind of legitimate business as a front, so that you can, you can claim that it was legitimate business and that launder the illegal nature of it. They use law firms for information laundering, you, you have a law firm, and you have attorney client privilege, and the law firm cannot be forced to disclose who the client was.
And here's the key. Something illegal in that client activity that the law firm is covering up, say that again, because it broke just you broke up just a little bit say that again. Unless there was something illegal in the, in that attorney client privilege that the law firm is covering up if there's something illegal, then the law firm's attorney client privilege is stripped and broken open and, and they can be forced to disclose everything about that relationship. And it looks to me like the Durham investigation is leading towards doing that to Perkins Coie law firm, their indictment of Sussman was, was ground shaking, because they're indicting a senior partner of a major Washington law firm. And, and saying, what you did was illegal.
Now they're going to fight that tooth and nail. Are you talking about DeCenco? He's, he's a- No, no, I'm talking about Sussman. Ah, the other one. Right. Okay.
The one that came before him, DeCenco. The first one, the one, the one that the media didn't report on and that nobody wanted us to know, they basically tried to bury that on the back page. Exactly. Exactly. And, and you still have not seen much coverage of Sussman.
No. Spell his last name for me. S-U-S-S-M-A-N. And, and, and I noted with interest when he was indicted, that was the first time I knew that Mark Elias had left Perkins Coie.
And I thought, now that's interesting. He went out and he formed his own firm. Now Mark Elias has been the Mr. Fix-It for the Hillary Clinton leftist wing of the Democrats forever. He was the White House counsel when Bill Clinton was president. He was the top White House attorney for President Clinton when Clinton was president.
And then he went out. Another thing that I think most people have forgotten is that Mark Elias was the attorney for Al Franken when, when Al Franken stole the election, in my opinion, from Norman Coleman in Minnesota. Right.
Okay. If you remember, Coleman won by a few hundred votes, and then there were some votes discovered, some ballots discovered in the trunk of somebody's car, and, and they fought successfully to have those ballots counted, although the chain of custody had been broken. And, and they, that, that there were several hundred other ballots that they found after the voting, voting had been, after all the counting had stopped. They found several hundred ballots, and I'm putting sound in air quotes because I believe they were manufactured, and Mark Elias was the attorney who successfully fought to have those questionable ballots recognized and overturned Coleman's victory and put Al Franken in the Senate and tipped the Senate to Democrat control. And let's, let's run back for just a minute, too, and, and let's not forget that there's also a connection with the Kevin Clinesmith to Perkins Coie.
That's right. Kevin Clinesmith is the, is the former FBI lawyer who was sentenced to probation. Can you believe this, folks? For, for all the millions, and I don't know how many hundreds of millions of dollars were spent over four years investigating a phony dossier with phony allegations against the sitting president of the United States of America based on lies that Clinesmith was responsible for forwarding within the FBI. And he held their, their what they call cross hurricane team, which, which was an absolute farce. And now we have another guy, Sussman. Perkins Coie is right at the center of all this.
They're right at the center. And, and I asked myself, why did Mark Elias leave? Well, a law firm, if somebody from a law firm is going to be indicted, they're given the courtesy of advance notice. I don't know whether, I don't know when Mark Elias left the firm. I don't know if it's related to the DOJ investigation. I haven't looked into that. And I don't want to, I don't want to assert that that was why. Right.
But, but it's a question that I have. Was that why he left? It surprises me that he left. August 23rd, 2021 was the story. Mark Elias, a voting rights lawyer.
He's represented the Democratic National Committee and lead Biden campaign efforts to combat legal challenges to the 2020 presidential election is leaving Perkins Coie to launch his own firm. August, 2021. Remember that date, folks.
Okay. Yep. Very important to understand that when you connect it to the McAuliffe-Youngkin election that just happened, we're only in November of 2021. So literally just a few months before the November 3rd election, Mark Elias suddenly decides to leave Perkins Coie and join the McAuliffe campaign. He was a part of McAuliffe, wasn't he? Didn't he get hired by McAuliffe?
He did. And let me get to that in a second. Well, we're going to take a break. I'm setting you up for our second half. Okay. Take a break, folks. And then we're going to come back. Why is that? Because your sin nature has been crucified. That's what he says in verse 3.
Your nature has been crucified. Look at verse 6 of Romans 6 as well. Knowing this, that our old self was crucified with him, that our body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.
That's significant. He uses the word crucified to describe what happened to our sin nature. When you become a Christian, your sin nature is crucified.

Well, listen, we are unpacking for you a great deal of information relative to kind of getting behind the scenes on these very, very significant and important issues.
And I want to very quickly just give you this as a reference. It's Psalm 94 16. Who will rise up for me against the wicked? Who will stand for me against those who practice iniquity? These are the individuals that are forcing immorality on our country, on our children. We'll cover that again coming up at the bottom of this hour with CRT. The racist and hate that they are propagating and putting into our education system.
The perversion, all of that. And they're forcing this anti-God communism upon us. Bart Marquis has been involved as a good guy trying to fight against this for almost 40 years. And he's here today explaining to us again so we understand how these dots connect.
So important. Bart, again, thanks for being with me today. My pleasure. Thank you, Greg. And boy, I couldn't have said it better myself.
And that quote from Psalms is perfect because at the end of this interview, I'm going to ask people to stand up and to participate in a way that they have never participated before. Let me back up to Mark Elias and close that loop on him. I believe that the reason he left Perkins Coie in August was that he knew this indictment of Sussman was coming. He probably knew that the indictment of Danchenko was coming.
Danchenko, Igor Danchenko, was a guy who lived right here in Virginia where I live. And and he was the main source for all of the rumors and falsehoods about Donald Trump that they put in the Russian dossier. And then they laundered that information through the Perkins Coie law firm and a research firm called Fusion GPS. And they put it out to the FBI. The FBI swallowed it up because they had people inside who wanted to believe things like that. And then they leaked it to the media as if it were a legitimate FBI investigation. And they got that Mueller investigation that, as you noted, cost forty eight million dollars and and proved absolutely nothing except that it was a lie.
Now, these indictments are coming. Mark Elias steps down from Perkins Coie, sets up his own firm. Now, that brings us to the Glenn Youngkin victory in Virginia when a few days before the election, it came out in the media that the McAuliffe campaign had hired Mark Elias's law firm. Now, Mark Elias is known for winning close elections by Democrats when they were when they lost the election. He's the guy who comes in and three days later says, no, look, they won because he he helped them fight for for all these ballots that I think were fraudulent. And and when the news broke that. McAuliffe had hired Elias.
It was a signal that he knew he was going to lose the election and he intended to fight it legally and try to overturn the will of the voters. The only reason he didn't succeed in that was because Glenn Youngkin, who, in my opinion, must have been guided by inspiration from the Lord, maybe just by good sense, had made sure that there were election officials in every single precinct controlled by the Republican election officials in every precinct controlled by Democrats. State of Virginia, you have three. They call them election judges. The guy behind the desk, the woman behind the desk, when you go in, you say, my name's Bart Marquise.
I'm here to vote. There are three of them. There are three officials. And those officials are they have the right to be two from the same party as the governor and one from any opposition party. Glenn Youngkin made sure that there was a Republican in every one of those precincts that are strong Democrat precincts. And also that he had a Youngkin campaign sanctioned, you know, permitted election observer inside that precinct. And he had dozens and dozens, over 100 lawyers ready to respond to the slightest provocation from the other side, from the Democrats to say, wait, that is illegal.
You can't do that. And so they tried over and over, as they do every year, to gain an advantage. There are 50 ballots here, 40 ballots there, 20,000 ballots with a faulty scanner in Fairfax County, which is 80 percent Democrats. And that because Youngkin had those observers and those attorneys present, he contained all of that damage. There you go. I believe that's what we need. We got one less than one minute. I believe that the Democrats stole the election from Trump in 2020.
And I believe that they were planning to steal it from Youngkin last week. But he stopped them by having observers. Your listeners, Greg, are the people who should be inside that polling station all day long and staying there and counting the vote. It's us that have to stand up. We have to stand up.
And we have to go. You have to contact your local Republican Party and say, I want to be a poll watcher next year. And they will train you. And they will train you.
