And Pocom China Joe is really acting as an arm of the CCP in trying to take down and destroy our nation. And it's so critically important that we get back to the Christian biblical rock upon which our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution were birthed from. And you had a comment about that that I thought was beautiful. If you can remember and share that with my audience.
No, absolutely. It's that no society can protect individual liberty if it is not rooted in Judeo-Christian values which teach the value of the individual. We have a savior who left the 99 to find the one. And we have government documents that were founded on an articulation of truth. I don't know, Pastor, if you've ever had the opportunity to go to the National Archives, but our Bill of Rights and our Constitution are in a vault.
You can look through heavy glass to see them. They're in the vault because the parchment is so fragile that if it was exposed to oxygen, it would crumble to dust. Those documents won't stop a bullet. They won't protect any individual in America unless the truth reflected in the words resonate in the heart of a people. So you have to have a culture that believes in truth.
And that means you have to believe in an author of truth. And when those foundations start to corrode like they have in the United States today because of what we teach our children and what we've allowed our public schools to teach our children, then there is no bulk work to protect individual liberty. It becomes a utilitarian analysis. Your value is determined by whether those in power think you have value. And that's what we're seeing right now is that the Biden administration believes much of America doesn't have value and are the enemies of what they want to achieve. And that's that is consistent with the CCP. It's consistent with all totalitarian and authoritarian regimes. You know, it's one of the things, honestly, that frustrates me is a lot of people talk about America being a democracy, where a democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding what's for dinner. The sheep will always get eaten. We have the most anti-democratic document in human history called the Bill of Rights, which says if I want to speak and I have the right despite 330 million disagreeing, we are a constitutional republic. Thank you.
Yes, one of the only few in the world's history. And we're trading it away for the false promise of worshipping government rather than recognizing the way true God is. Well, because we've given away the idea that every life has intrinsic value because we've given away creation.
I've been talking the last couple of weeks. The Lord's really had me talking about the absolute devastating evil of the teaching of evolution. Because evolution is what is spawning this whole concept that human beings are the problem, not the solution, which is in complete contrast to the word of God. We are the only being created in the image of God. That's not hubris. That's not ego.
That is a fact. It is something that God did. God put us at the top of the chain.
But he also gave us a compass by which we were instructed to manage. And Jesus Christ's first statement of his public ministry was the kingdom of heaven is at hand, repent. And, you know, the most powerful and most impacting scripture is two words. Jesus wept. And when we understand, when we understand, Phil, why he wept, he wept because the people of Israel and the rest of the world didn't get that the kingdom of heaven was at hand. They were waiting for something, thinking there was something else that was coming.
And there is, by the way. The second coming is coming. But he's not coming on a unicorn spreading around daisies, okay, and tossing out cotton candy. He's coming with a sword, fire in his eyes, and he is going to bring judgment and separate the wheat from the chaff.
And you don't want to be chaff when he comes back. You know, we have so cheapened the cost of sin. And as you know, pastor, sin literally means missing the mark. And there are so many ways in everyday life that our culture and us as individuals miss the mark. And scripture speaks about how the sins of the Father pass on to the fifth generation.
You know, we have generational sin in this country that's been endorsed and acknowledged and supported by our culture. And that has a dramatic cost. Such a cost that Christ is willing to suffer to lift us to a higher purpose with the passion of the cross. And I love what suffering means in the ancient Hebrew. One of the derivations, one of the meanings of suffering is to lift to a higher purpose. And when we speak about the passion of Christ, we speak about suffering because passion in the Latin, like pate, means to suffer. And when you think about it, all that you value for, all that you value in life, you will suffer for. Your children, you will give of yourself beyond yourself to lift your children to a higher purpose. And that's what James talks about, count it pure joy, when you suffer.
Suffering is not the opposite of joy. We are called to be in the world but not of the world. We are called to pour ourselves out. As the Savior pours in, we pour his presence out to this world. And so, you know, one of the things I'd like to encourage your listeners to do as our culture proclaims the lie as the truth is to live not by lies. That's a quote from Alexander Solzhenitsyn. To be willing to speak, to be willing to share, to be willing to stand up. To not roll over to the falsehood of our culture. And to be willing to be, well, the kingdom present in the world by being transparent to the purposes of Christ.
Well, and you know, and I would encourage people and I just sent you a link to it as well, Phil. Look, I dove from the passenger seat to the driver's seat when a man pulled across the highway in front of my daughter and I and we hit him head on at 55 miles per hour. We hit him so hard that we knocked the cab off the frame in his truck. And I broke everything in my body but my shoulders, my elbows and my right hip.
Literally everything else broken. I died four times, took three trips to heaven, had an out of body experience to boot. I did what I did because of what you just said, brother. Because I knew that that's what my father, God in heaven, his son Christ, did.
I only acted upon what was in my spirit to act upon because the Spirit of Christ in me. And but for that joy, my daughter is alive today and getting ready to get married, folks, and doing well. And she turned the wheel so she didn't hit the driver's door of the man who caused the accident, his truck.
He walked away, Phil. All three of us should have died in that accident. And we're all still alive today. And there are 500 new churches in Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, India. 32, getting ready to be 32 fresh water wells, 26 already drilled, a sewing school, an orphanage, a Bible school, all thriving because of this testimony that God allowed me to live through. God does work all things together for good.
And we have a nation, a nation. I started broadcasting to the day three months after this accident when they told me I wouldn't even live six weeks on life support, brother. Wow. What a wonderful witness. And Pastor, thank you for sharing that. And for listeners who may have stumbled across this, who don't know that which we are speaking, I just want to encourage them. You know, the word repent means to turn.
And that's all you have to do is turn. We have a God who loves us enough that he sees us far off. There's a story in the Bible in the parable of the prodigal son. The prodigal, meaning reckless, reckless. And the son was reckless. He wasted it as an inheritance. He ran away from the love of his family. He found himself deprived and impoverished and lost. And guess what happened? The father, and I like to call it the prodigal father story because it was a reckless love of God.
20 seconds from far off, far off, ran to him and welcomed him back in the family. So I would encourage you if you hear as you hear this witness, just turn, just turn and ask and and speak a God who seeks you. Amen.

Maybe it played and I missed it. I'm not sure what happened. All right, I'm back. Good to be with you, my guest Phil Klein, founder of the Amistad project dot org, the Amistad project dot org.
And it is my pleasure to have him back on the program. Folks, elections have consequences. We hear that a lot. And elections that have perhaps fraud and and and and bad things happen to them have have severe consequences as well. And my guest, Phil Klein, has been fighting this battle and and gathering the necessary evidence. Phil, talk to me about the evidence that's been gathered. And you know, I just had Dan Gaynor was on and he said now that the majority of Americans believe that social media, you know, manipulated the election. And I'm seeing polls that are saying that a majority of Americans are beginning to come to the place of saying, you know what, we think we think something bad happened in the elections and we want this fixed.
Yes. The truth has a way of finding working its way up despite the effort to bury it. And the 2020 election was the most lawless in the United States history.
And a couple of things happened. First of all, using COVID excuses, leftist governors established emergency orders that eviscerated the protection of absentee ballots. And absentee ballots need to be protected because they're cast away from trained government workers. So in other words, nobody can know whether it was the actual voter who cast that ballot, whether there was intimidation or coercion.
And I guarantee you, as we continue to investigate, we're finding evidence of fraud. But the biggest fraud that occurred to the American people was how the election was purchased. In the 2020 election in the urban core in the swing states, billionaires were invited in the counting room and America was kicked out. The United States Agency for International Development states that to monitor foreign elections, we monitor them to make sure they're fair by ensuring that they are inclusive. In other words, both parties get to be at the counting table. That didn't happen here. You know, at places in Michigan and Philadelphia and in Atlanta and on and on, in the urban core, you had Democrat officials kick Republicans out.
And you have to understand what they're doing there. They're not just counting ballots. They are actually casting ballots for people who aren't there.
I'll take you to Michigan, for example, in Detroit. All of the military ballots for our fighting men and women overseas were printed on the Democrat secretary of state says by mistake the wrong paper. So the machines could not read that paper. So election officials took those ballots and actually cast a new ballot filling it out. Now, Michigan law says the Republican needs to be there and the Democrat needs to be there to make sure it's fair.
But no, no Republican. It was all the Democrat officials that filled those ballots out and cast them. You go back into March 2020, you've got an Obama former campaign manager named David Klug. He's working for Mark Zuckerberg. He writes a book called The Citizen's Guide to Defeating Donald Trump, and he says that the election is going to come out down to a block by block street fight to turn out the vote in Philadelphia, Milwaukee and Detroit and on and on. And then Zuckerberg, within a few days and weeks, gives over three hundred and fifty million dollars to a sleeping nonprofit that goes into those very cities in the urban core and starts dictating how the election can be and will be operated. They ran the election. There was a nonprofit shadow government and we've tracked over a billion dollars of resources and money and talent that ran the elections. In fact, our investigation reveals in Milwaukee that the election clerk or Green Bay, Wisconsin, was booted out on election night and an individual with a private group by the name of Michael Spitzer Rubenstein.
And he's on the left, actually ran the election and determined how it would be run. Now, can you say you were in Toledo and Dayton, Ohio? Is there is there anything that you can talk to about what happened in Ohio? Yeah, this group fed money into Ohio in the urban core cities to tell your election officials how to run the election.
You've got, you know, it's the fruits. And I have to say this, Pastor, and maybe we can speak again on the topic, but it's the fruits of over 20 years of work this plan. And what you've got is you've got a meeting of Harold Ickes, John Podesta. They were big with the Clinton administration meeting with George Soros and designing a plan to have a shadow government manage our elections and these private money. Now, they purchased government offices. It's fine if people go out and campaign for their favorite candidate and try to register to vote people to vote. But it's not proper for government to try to register favorites and suppress the vote where they don't like it. And I want to give you an example of that, please. It's not the Zucker box and we call them Zucker boxes, these drop boxes, just one tiny example.
And this goes on and on and on and on. You go to Delaware County, strong Democrat stronghold in Pennsylvania. There was one Zucker box for every four square miles, two miles by two miles square, plus the Zuckerberg gave money to election officials to illegally harvest ballots in that county. You go to the 59 counties that Trump won.
The Democratic governor, under emergency COVID orders, shut down in-person polling places. And there were less polling places in the 59 counties. In those 59 counties. Wow. Yes.
And there was one Zucker box for every eleven hundred and fifty nine square miles. You see what this is, is the same strategy as the Democrat Party at the turn of the 20th century in the deep south. You work real hard to turn out the white vote, you suppress the black vote. But this time you suppress the Republican vote and you turn out the Democrat vote. And it's OK if political parties do that with parties.
It's never OK to do that with race, but with parties, that's what they do. Not suppress, but turn out the vote. This time, the government put its thumb on the scale. So we're going to make it harder for Republican areas to vote. And we're going to make it almost impossible not to vote in the liberal areas that are going to vote for Joe Biden. And ballot harvesting doesn't necessarily reflect an actual clean vote. It is it has a tendency to reflect a pre marked ballot that that is that is thrown into a stack and and and handed to election officials. And if the wrong election official is in place, they just count them. You know, before the Democrats through emergency orders and these blue state governors did this, you know, there were common sense protections. You had to compare signatures to ensure that the voter completed the ballot. You had to you had to have witness requirements when they worked real hard through the courts to eliminate witness requirements, saying, you know, you put people in fear of death because of covid to have their spouse witness that they're the ones who completed the ballot. I mean, they tried legally through courts to eviscerate any protection for the absentee ballot. And they primarily lost. So then they used covid emergency orders.
And when that didn't work, Zuckerberg stepped in with a lot of money. And those officials who received that money just decided we're not going to follow state law. We're not going to pay attention to signatures. We're not going to require people to mail the ballots back.
We're going to allow drop boxes where we want. So that's what I mean by a lawless election. The Constitution gives state legislatures the responsibility and authority to determine the time, place, manner of elections and to choose presidential electors. And the important part of that is in every state, every voter needs to be treated equally. That's a basic concept of protecting our freedom.
It's really the golden rule in law and in the Constitution. All right. We're going to run out of time here.

No. At the end of the day, I want him to simply say the evidence is in. Well done, thou good and faithful servant. I love my God and I love his creation, and I will go to my grave telling the world that evil is evil and only God is good, and Jesus came to save the world. That no matter the evil in the world, I will never give up, and in spite of the hate, I will love in truth. God bless you all, and may love remove the veil so you all might enter into his rest.
