I want to welcome Chris Arps to the program and want to start right out by saying congratulations, Chris, on the new show that you've got that is heard daily in St. Louis. We're your partner with Tim Jones and the News Talk STL crew. Good to have you on board, sir. Pastor, it's always great to be with you. And I'm very excited about the new show opportunity that I have here in St. Louis. My co-host is the former Missouri Speaker of the House, Tim Jones. And we get to talk about local, state and national issues five days a week. I'm like a pig in slop heaven.

Absolutely. Oh, so much fun. So much fun. And you guys are on two and a half hours from 3.20 p.m. to 6 p.m. Central time. So Texas time, we like to call that.

That's right. So, well, it's great to have you with me, my friend. It's great to have you with me. And again, congratulations on the new program. Lots for us to talk about.

I begin by you would put out an article back in September. Of course, they had this whole big thing claiming that the Texas Border Patrol, the CBP actually, Customs and Border Protection, were down there and they were whipping people. And that turned out to be an absolute lie. That they always run back to slavery and reparations and and and everything they can to create divide.

Chris. Yeah. You know, that whole situation with the humanitarian disaster that was caused by the Biden administration, basically signaling to people that our borders are wide open. And so I blame a big part of that disaster on the Biden administration. But of course, we saw the pictures, the still pictures, but where it looked like the Border Patrol officers on horseback, it looked like they were whipping the Haitian migrants. Of course, we found out that that was not the truth.

We even spoke to the person that took the picture that said that he saw no examples at all of people being whipped. But you have the demagogues like Maxine Water who I don't know if you know this pastor is a native St. Louis and moved out to California about 40 or 50 years ago. But of course, she has to she has to throw gasoline on the fire and made the absolutely ridiculous comment that the images that we saw of the soldier of the patrolman on horseback with the Haitians, that those were worse images than what happened during slavery. Now, how she can say that with a straight face is absolutely ridiculous. And it makes you ask the question, you know, was Maxine Waters around during slavery?

Is she that old? And then she looks like it. But I don't think she was around to really give an accurate description of that. Well, but remember that it was Maxine Waters, right, that stood on a platform a couple of different places and said, you know, if you see a Trump supporter, if you see a MAGA hat, call them out, surround them, run them out, you know, go after them. I mean, she essentially said commit violence. And of course, we saw that exact thing happen. But where was the media in that, Chris? Where was where were the cries that wait a minute, you know, maybe Maxine Waters, a black woman, is being racist against white people by claiming that anybody white wearing a red MAGA hat needed to be attacked.

What about that? And if you remember, Pastor 2, during the George Floyd uprest that we had last summer a couple of years ago, that she was pouring gasoline on that fire saying that we should be out in the streets and we shouldn't be having peaceful protests, that people should be letting their voices be heard, not in a peaceful way, but more in a violent way. So that's her MO, that's what she does. She just demagogues issues to death. And, you know, I can't wait till the time comes that she decides to retire or leave Congress because I really don't think that she helps race relations or relations in Congress for that matter. Well, I know, you know, that the people who live in her district certainly would benefit by her retirement because as Joe Collins has come on this program and shared, who's running out there, the former member of our U.S. military, served honorably in the service, he's come on our program a number of times to talk about and to walk through and to show people how absolutely despicable the neighborhood is and how she doesn't even live in the neighborhood.

That's what I was about to say. I mean, she doesn't even live in the district. We've seen the pictures of her mansion that she has. And, you know, there's a quirk in the rules or in the law.

She's not breaking the law. You do not have to live in your district represented in Congress. But it just seems very hypocritical when you represent a district that is marginalized and is low income. But instead you live out of the district in a mansion.

What does that say? Even when you're not doing anything for the district. Look, I'm not going to get on somebody's case that sees a district that has a need and feels as though they could possibly do that district some good, even though they don't maybe live over there. But they've got a lot of relationships within that district. OK, hey, that's cool.

That's fine. That's what the House of Representation is all about. Right. But that's not what Maxine Waters is doing. Maxine Waters is out there basically enriching herself on the backs of of of those that are downtrodden and poor.

Gee, I don't know. But I'm thinking, Chris, that that sounds an awful lot like the very things that she tries to pretend other people are doing when she's living that life. And I tell you, Pastor, if Maxine Waters wasn't Maxine Waters and some of the things that she's been accused of and have been investigated for, if it was anybody else but her, she'd be out of Congress and in jail. You know, Maxine Waters is the chairman of the House Banking Committee and her husband is involved with the bank that's offshore, I think, in the Virgin Islands. And there were accusations that he received special treatment because of her position on the House Banking Committee.

You know, it just smells to high heaven. But because she's Maxine Waters and, you know, if any allegation is ever made against her or her family, she's going to cry racism first and that the media give her a pass and let her fly. Well, and this, I think, is is a is a tact of the left in general. Right. On the one hand, they want to pretend as though they're taking the moral high ground because that's what they keep telling us. We're the ones that are you know, we're the ones that are at the moral high ground.

If you're on the right and and they you know, they see a pimple. That's it. You're done. You're dead.

You're toast. They do everything they can to try to create that narrative. It's it's it's really shameful. Chris, talk to me about the things that you see. What are the what would you say are maybe the top two or top three issues as as you look at and I know they're coming at us from near every side. But what are the top two or three things that as as you look at it and say, OK, these are the things that we that we have to make sure are covered because media won't talk about them? Well, I think the one thing that we need to to talk about, you know, the Biden administration is trying to ram through a three and a half trillion dollar build back better plan to understand that the economy is in shambles. We know that the three and a half trillion is really not the correct number, that it's really close to the five or six trillion because they're only putting these programs out for a couple of years where we know that they're going to last much longer than that. I think we need to get the word out that we're going to spend ourselves into oblivion when we don't really need that money into the economy. Look, I can't go to my local McDonald's inside in the dining room because they don't have enough people staff inside that you have to go to the drive through one of our local groceries closing early because they can't staff enough people in the grocery store.

I saw something that I would never see in my lifetime. I help one assigned down at my local United States post office. That's a civil service job.

You have to apply and then take a test and qualify in order to work that job. They're putting up signs saying they need people. So I think that's the most pressing thing that we need to get out is that we don't need to spend ourselves, our grandchildren and children into debt when the economy is fine. We've got people that would have been paid to stay at home. We don't need to spend this money and then in peril our children's futures and grandchildren's futures like we're going to do. Well, and of course they're adding to that because I look at that and I agree with you and I look at that situation too and I see the mandates that they continue to push, right?

The vaccine, the injection mandates. I was at a health freedom conference in Illinois over the weekend talking with a number of naturopathic health people. Dr. Judy Mikovits was there with us. Dr. Sherry Tenpenny was there with us.

Dr. Brian Hooker was there with us along with a number of other individuals. I look at this and then I had a guy who's Zach Voorhees is going to be back on with me tomorrow and what he saw from the other side was they are moving rapidly with AI and so here's what you do. You pay people to stay home. You mask them. You give them a very false fear, right? So don't go outside your house because you'll get your germ and then they replace all those people with AI and then they turn off the spigot and then they point at us, the conservatives, and say they did it. They did it. They did it and they get those people mad and now those people who have been locked in their homes, who have no opportunity to go to work because they stole their jobs, now they're going to use them to create the chaos that they want to completely and totally bring us down. I don't know. It sounds like something out of a novel I know but I seem to remember something summer before last that they did that but I don't know.

That's just me. You remember Orwell's novel 1984, how we thought that was so crazy and nothing like that ever could happen. We're seeing that happen before our eyes in 2021.

But you're right. Another issue that we need to be focused on are these masks and vaccine mandates. The argument that Fauci and the mask supporters and vaccine supporters mandate or support is that they compare this to school children receive vaccinations. They can't go to school unless they have these vaccinations. I had growing up rubella, measles, dystheria. I had those vaccinations but the difference is this. Dystheria, measles, those diseases, polio. If you're a child or a person and you got those diseases, more than likely you're going to suffer very serious harm, health effects or you're going to die. COVID has a 98% recovery rate. I think it's 1.3% of people that contact COVID have passed and 80% of those have been senior citizens. So I think when you compare it that to childhood diseases, there isn't a comparison. If you got childhood diseases, those diseases, you were probably going to die. You're likely, your chances of surviving COVID are very, very high and that's why I don't think there should be mandates, vaccine mandates because of that. I'm a COVID survivor, Chris.

I had it back in December and I had a severe case. I had double pneumonia and coughing up blood. But man, I did quercetin with bromelain. I did vitamin D3. I did zinc. I did vitamin C. I did some essential minerals.

I did some enzymes. I stayed with a regiment and I still take that regiment to this day and I have been out, just traveled to Virginia just a couple of weeks ago to go to a CRT event there. Went to Illinois just recently.

I've been on planes. I've been out in the public and ladies and gentlemen, pastor is doing just fine even with all of my morbidity issues that they talk about. So yeah, you can get through this. We can get through this and we've got to learn how to get through this because this is all a plandemic as Dr. Mikovits likes to say. Real quick, let's talk about the issue again. Let's talk about the CRT issue because that is a major issue. They are teaching our kids to hate one another by setting up a situation where if you are a dark complected American, then you are a victim. If you are a light complected American, then you are an oppressor and they're supposed to hate one another and it's ridiculous, Chris. Talk to me about your thoughts on this, brother. Well, what's really scary about the CRT movement now is the liberals and the administration are very fearful because you have parents, black wives saying how dangerous it is. And now you have the administration.

I love my thoughts there. I'm sorry, but it's something that they are doing that is very dangerous to our liberties. But Pastor, I apologize. You know what?

Chris, we were talking about the CRT thing and so now all of a sudden the DOJ is going to get involved and what is this? School boards are calling for protection?

Yeah, they are. You know, some of these school board meetings have become very loud and vocal because these parents are upset that CRT is being taught and they weren't told that their children were going to be taught this. All these board meetings, they have been passionate but there hasn't been any violence, there hasn't been any need for police or anything. But because the left wants to paint conservatives and right wing people as dangerous and you know, they said that the greatest threat to this country is right wing extremism, not Al Qaeda or any of the terrorist groups. So they're trying to put that narrative on these school boards, on these parents that are going to these school board meetings.

And so the Justice Department is going to be investigating instances of harassment at these school board meetings, alleged harassment. Well you know what, I'm just going to say this Chris and I think you would probably agree, I'm a parent of five, I've raised five kids, we're homeschooling our last child and I've got three grandkids and they're all homeschooled. Folks, you can do this. You can homeschool.
