Thank you for tuning in to Chosen Generation. Chosen Generation. If your church or group would like to have Pastor Greg come and share his passion to raise up a chosen generation, he is available to bring that same life-changing message and anointing to your event.

Again, that number is 830-446-3624. Give us a call and keep on listening because you are God's chosen generation. Welcome to Chosen Generation with your host, Pastor Greg Young. And welcome to the program. Great to have you with me. Thanks so much for being here. I know you have a choice in where you can listen each and every day, and I thank you so much for taking the time to be here. Well, we're going to get down to the root of what I believe are some very serious issues today, but we're also going to take a little bit of a reprieve in certain areas.

I want to give you some stuff today just to remind you that there's more to life, more to our faith, more to our walk, more to why we're here than always fighting the evil. And we have to. Look, who is going to go for me?

God says this. Who's going to go for me? Who's going to fight the evil? Who's going to come against the iniquity? Who's going to push back?

Meditate on Psalm 94. And there's no question in my mind as to the need for us to get engaged and get involved. Alex de Tocqueville toured the entire country looking at the greatness of America, wondering how did this small little nation overcome the greatest army of that day and rise up to become a powerhouse? And where did that come from? And he looked all over the country.

He looked at all the industry, looked at everything. And he came upon the pulpits of America. And he said that that's where the fire is. The fire is in the pulpits.

The fire is breathed by the Spirit of God into these people. And they get it. And they're doing something with what they're hearing every week. They're walking it out. And that's what made America great.

And it's the only thing that's going to make America great again. Linda Rosell joins us at the bottom of the hour. And we'll talk a little bit about the Trinity Health Freedom Expo coming up this weekend. I'll be. Tinley Park.

If you're not there, I'm going to be disappointed. Tinley Park, Illinois, at the Trinity Health Freedom Expo. Trinity Health Freedom Expo. You want to know how to combat this COVID? You want to know how to get healthier? You want to know how to stay younger?

You want to know how to feel better so you can live this amazing life? I'm telling you, these folks have it down. You need to be there. Trinity Health Freedom Expo. That's the website. Trinity Health Freedom Expo. Get signed up.

It's not expensive. And if you're anywhere near Tinley Park, Illinois, I hope to see you there. Tom Barrett is with us at the top of the next hour.

Dr. Tom and I, we will get into some of the stuff that's going on. Pastor Robert Morgan joins me at the bottom of the hour. Author of Great Is Thy Faithfulness in the midst of all of this.

Remember, he is faithful. And joining me now, and I'm really excited to have him. I got to meet him briefly in Dallas.

My daughter, Colin, who books all my guests. She got to spend some time with he and his team and was just so incredibly touched and impressed. And that says a lot. She's been with me in the trenches here doing this for 10 years.

So she's far ahead of what her age might indicate. I'm very pleased to welcome to the program. He has his own program that he is engaged and involved in as well. And it is an incredible show.

I encourage you to check it out. Dad Talk Today is the name of the show. And I want to welcome a father who is fighting for the right to be a dad. And I want to welcome to the program, Eric Carroll. Eric, welcome. Good to have you. Pastor Greg, thank you so much.

Man, you know, I was sharing with you in the green room. I've shared with my audience here before, but folks, what Eric is fighting for is so critical because the lack of the fatherlessness in our country today is a gigantic problem. For the first time in our nation's history, we have more children being born that are born to a single mom than are born in a intact family.

And the division, whether red, brown, yellow, black or white, the assault on families is incredibly real and incredibly destructive. My own story 30 years ago, being advised by our church to go and seek some help during a financial downturn in the very early years of my wife and I's marriage. And when we contacted the people in California and the state government there, they told my wife, divorce him.

That's what you need to do. Divorce him. And of course, you mentioned this in the warm up, Eric, and I want to toss this to you, but Ronald Reagan was the one who made no fault divorce legal and talk to us about that decision and how it has created the issue today. And what did the former president have to say about making that choice? You know, Reagan said that was the worst thing that he did when he was in office. He realized the implications that that had later on, but it was too late. And, you know, he did that while he was governor of California and a lot of the other states followed suit. You know, at one point in time, divorce was kind of taboo. People looked down on it. It happened, but not much after no fault divorce.

It just took off like a rocket. And that's when incentives started coming in section eight, Title 4D, which gives incentives based off of how much is paid in child support from government assistance. And I think that's where a lot of the industry of making money off of divorce and fighting for your kids came from. And I wish there was something we could do about it. A lot of times the legislators just turn a deaf ear to it. You know, it seems like, and this is no slight to, because this is what it turns into, and Phyllis Schlafly identified this very well in the 60s when she was speaking out against this big quote unquote feminist movement.

You know, oh, it's all about, you know, women's suffrage and women's rights. And it was, to me, it was a deception because if you're a Christian and you're a Bible believing Christian, the word of God says that as a husband, you are to love your wife like Christ loved the church. Well, what was Christ willing to do for the church? Lay down his life. So I can't think of, Jesus says, no greater love as a man than he would lay down his life for another, right? I mean, that's the greatest call to love that there is.

I can't think of a greater position of honor than to be married to someone who would lay down his life for you. You're right Pastor Greg. And you know, I'm glad you brought that up. The feminist movement, I believe has a very big role in this. The feminist movement actually started out as a great movement and you know, fought for a woman's right to vote, to work, all of the things that she should have the right to do. At some point in time, it was no longer about equality.

It came to superiority and you don't need a man. And that's really what they're teaching today. And I believe why you're seeing so much of the gender confusion and everything else that's going on.

One of my mentors is the great Dr. Warren Farrell. I don't know if you're familiar with him, but Dr. Warren Farrell was the head of the National Organization of Women Now, probably one of the biggest feminist organizations out there. And he realized very early on around the seventies, hey, this is no longer about equality anymore. They're really starting to get the upper hand and things are going the other way. So he started talking about men's rights and some of the, you know, disparities between men and women.

And he was completely shunned from that community from that point on. What we're seeing now is very alarming. You're starting to see a false allegation, especially when Biden brought in the Violence Against Women Act. If I accuse you of sexual molestation or physical abuse, you know, in this country, we're supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. But the second somebody says you've done something like that because of the nature of it, you're guilty until proven innocent. And I think Brett Kavanaugh was a great example of that. We saw it wasn't until he went to become the judge that these allegations came out and it almost kept him from getting that position just because an accusation was made.

We didn't need no evidence. We just needed the accusation. And that's what's going on in family court.

It was known as the silver bullet. A lot of these lawyers are encouraging these tactics to be played because it automatically gives the accuser the upper hand. That's just one of the things that's going on. Feminism has really played into that because you're inclined to believe her.

We've seen the Me Too movement that's going on. One of the cases that really sticks out to me is the Johnny Depp case. Amber Heard claimed that Johnny Depp had beat her. The tapes later came out that it was the other way around. Johnny got her to say it was her that hit him. When that went to court, she still won. She still won even though he had it on tape saying it was the other way around. That's just some of the problems that we're seeing with this movement that's going on right now.

I'm trying to remember the name of the attorney. I've had her on a few different times, but discussing what happens to these young men that get falsely accused of date rape and so forth. I get it that date rape is an issue. I get it that there are guys that are out there that act inappropriately. I would point to, and I think Eric you would agree with me, that a lot of the reason that that happens is the fault of the feminists who have pushed the father figure out so you have generation upon generation now of boys. Truly, a lot of them never grow out of boy because they don't have a man to show them how to be a man.

What does it mean to really be a man? That is a huge hole in our culture. I think that what you're doing by focusing on dad talk and trying to get fathers to encourage them, because there's a lot of dads that are out there that feel, probably listening right now, that feel so defeated.

Alienated from their kids, divorced, no relationship with the children any longer because of all of the stuff that has gotten in the in between, and the mom has been potentially somewhat manipulated. I'm not saying all, but you see it up close and personal because this is your ministry. This is what you're talking about. We're going to take a break here in a minute, but in this final minute of this portion, we'll be back.

What would you say to a dad that's listening right now about something to encourage him? You know, just know that you're not alone. When I very first started this, I thought that some of these occurrences was rare. I really did. And by the first time we did a podcast, we had reached 10,000 followers. And I knew then there's something going on. We're only two years old now.

There's close to a half a million followers to this show, and you can't keep up with all the stories. There is progress being made. Arkansas and Kentucky just passed legislation that put dads on a level playing field as mom.

It starts off with equality if you get the borders to break up. But there are solutions that are coming. All right.

We'll be back to talk to you about some of those solutions right after this brief break. You're listening to Children's Generation Radio, my guest, Eric Carroll. Dad talks right after this here on Children's Generation Radio. Now is a critical time to be vigilant in the defense of our freedom. And welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio. I'm your host, Pastor Greg, and my guest is Eric Carroll. Dad Talks. Dad Talks. And you can find him at dadtalktoday.com. Dadtalktoday.com. Eric, you were mentioning to me you're going to be releasing a documentary on Sunday, right? This coming Sunday?

Yes. We've been making this film since the beginning of the year. It was completely crowdfunded, and it's 100% free for people to view.

So if you're listening to this and you're not quite sure what this process is like for these guys, this one will be one to watch. So how can folks find it? Where is it going to pop up at so that they can go watch it? So it's going to be on YouTube on the Dad Talk Today channel. I've already got it uploaded, and it's ready to go again. It's 100% free for people to view. We're hoping that this film is really going to wake people up to some of the challenges that these guys are going through because it chronicles the story that a father was going through that ultimately lost his life fighting for his kids.

He was murdered this year when he went to go pick up his kids. Oh my goodness. Yeah. It's got all the elements.

It's hard to tell everybody what all problems are going on with the system right now because it's just so broken. He experienced just about every single one of them, and we detail it in great length. Oh my goodness. Look, children need their fathers. All of the studies that are out there, Family Research Council did an extensive amount of studies on this a few years ago. Every study they did, every statistic that they ran said that a household that had a dad in it gave those kids a huge, huge jump and benefit in their lives.

Huge. Look, I came from a divorced background, and my dad was out of the picture for some of my significant teenage years and my sister's teenage years. Man, it's tough.

It's a whole different world. I'm so glad. I've got five children. Four of them are now grown and the last one coming up, but I thank God for my wife that we've hung in here for 35 years because I know that it's made a huge difference in my kids' life. Man, Eric, my heart breaks for this.

What are some of the things that you would encourage dads to hold on to? So, you know, my show is basically just raising the awareness that if people don't know about it, it's hard to get solutions to. In this past year, we've been to 42 states going to capitals interviewing legislators and educating them on this subject. Following that documentary on Sunday, the family of the person that was murdered, his name is John Mass. They made the John Mass Foundation, which is going to help alienated parents, people that have been through false allegations, and there's going to be tons of resources on there.

We're set to release that on the same day, and I would encourage these guys to get in there and utilize that. Part of the process when you're going through this is it makes you feel isolated and alone like nobody understands what you're going through. And I can assure you, there are so many people that have been through this that understand it. Get in there, find some help, and we'll help in any way we can. All right, Eric Carroll, dadtalktoday.com, dadtalktoday.com. If you're experiencing it, go over there and become involved.

One of the ways to fight these situations is to be engaged and get involved in it. You may be a voice to help someone else. Your story may be the story that unlocks this for someone else. Eric Carroll, thank you so much for being with me today. That's 830-446-3624. Once again, that's 830-446-3624.
