I know. Hello. Okay, so USA radios having some kind of a malfunction and they are broadcasting something on a track over us. And now they're turning up the volume on it.

Okay, I'm back. I'm not sure where that's coming from. Are you sure it's JD? Well, yeah, no, I know the voice. I mean, I recognize the voice, but I have no idea where that would have been playing from. Because I don't have anything open on my or didn't have anything open that should have been playing that. Anyway, I wanted to make sure it wasn't me.

Yeah, very strange. All right. Dr. Tom Barrett is with us. Dr. Tom, talk to me about you want to talk about the parental issues that are going on.

Please feel free to give us your thoughts on that. I remember, I remember when I was a kid, parents would come into the classroom and sit in the back and listen to the kids are being taught. Now parents are not even allowed to enter school grounds. And children being taught things that they're told, don't talk to your parents about for certain textbooks that they use that they only allow them to use in the school, they're not allowed to take them home. And so the parents, to a large extent, have been blinded to what kids have been taught.

One good thing that has come out of the China virus is the kids taking classes on zoom and so on. So the parents have been able to see some things going on. That's why we're seeing more and more parents that used to never attend a school board meeting, showing up, and they're showing up very vocal in the National Education Association. Also notice that national teachers mafia is very upset about it. So, what they've done is they've complained to buy it said that parents are threatening school board. So, if a parent were to say, all right, first critical race theory, where they're teaching children that if you're white, you're a racist automatic and demeaning the kids. If a parent says something to a board member like, you're going to be sorry you voted like, which is a very common thing to say in a public meeting right, not a threat. They're saying that that's threats to public officials, and they've got their weaponizing the Justice Department, and even the FBI. And they're saying that these parents are voicing concern about what their kids being taught.

They're calling domestic terrorists. Yep. So, well they did. Yeah, they did the same thing Tom I don't know if you heard about it or not we covered this all yesterday, but they did the same thing to a dad in Loudon County, Virginia. Did you hear about that case, the rape case where his daughter was raped in the schools not doing anything about it.

Yep. They're actually covering up because it's bad PR for them. Yeah, and by the way, that's been going on, Pastor Greg's colleges for years. If a girl was raped on a college campus, the police from town are not allowed to investigate it. Their own little campus police investigating it mature, basically rent a cops, and then they have a student court, and it's always ends up the same way, especially if it's a rich kid, he could slap on the wrist, and the girl.

Well, I would I would also argue though that it goes the other way, and, and, and Michelle Owen has been fighting these cases. And, and we also had a guest on who is dad talk today, because college males are accused in those same courts, and under Title Nine they have literally no defense so all that all that has to happen is, is there's a breakup and and the, and the and the girl has to, you know, says well I you know I'm mad at you. And so I'm going to tell them that you, you know, did something to me. And now, Tom I don't know if you're playing me in the background over there or something but my voice is echoing through. I'm not playing you. I'm on a cell phone. Okay, yeah, I'm getting in a car. Yeah, I gotcha.

I'm just getting a whole lot of, of, of echo feedback that's coming across at any rate. The challenge that's happening is, is like for example, the Duke lacrosse team that was accused of rape, when it was discovered that the young lady that had accused them of it, that that didn't happen. And, and so this is happening repeatedly. The young man is then unable to remain in the school, and he gets thrown out. And now it goes into a permanent education record, and anywhere he goes any school he tries to go to and go through the admission process. The admissions department looks and they see that flag now, it may be identified at some point that that was not true, that that never happened, that you know that it that it wasn't a fact. And, but it doesn't change anything. His ability to go to any higher education is, is done, he's, he's finished now there may be some small community college or what have you that will, you know, investigate it a little further and and give him a chance.

But for the most part, his life is over. And the answer to both sides of that is really simple. Let the justice system, the real justice system, take hold. There's colleges are not autonomous though. They're not Indian reservations, where they have their own tribal police, their colleges, they're in town, and the police, the real police that have training should be the ones handling these cases, and the real courts, not kangaroo courts.

That either whitewash it, or, like you say, unjustly accused a young man who was just a victim of a vindictive girlfriend. Everything could be solved if colleges stopped saying, police can't come on our campus. They don't even have the right to do that. And I don't know why the police department allow that.

But that's the way our society is going. But, yeah, the main, the main thing that really has my dander up is the next school board meeting you go to, you have to be so careful what you say, because there's probably going to be an undercover FBI agent there. And if you say something that he thinks might even be close to being threatening towards one of the school board members, next thing you know you're handcuffed, and you're being dragged out of the room. They're weaponizing the FBI. And so instead of the FBI investigating real terrorists, they're wasting time investigating so-called domestic terrorists. If you said something on Twitter, or in a public meeting, or if you shouted, and were passionate, and you shouted as a school board member, you could find yourself being under investigation.

By the Federal Bureau of Investigation. That is insanity to me. Well, it's chilling. But it goes to exactly what has been going on for quite a long time, and that is that parents have lost their rights. I've talked about this, parentalrights.org has a lot of information out about this.

This has been going on for years and years and years, probably 30, 40 years now. It has increased, but the reality is you drop your child at the school, and the school takes possession of your kid. You can't walk into a classroom and say, hey, Johnny, I'm taking you out today because of a doctor appointment or whatever reason. You're the parent. This is your child. Well, you can't do that.

You've got to sign that child out, and you've got to get permission from the school. Now is a critical time to be vigilant in the defense of our freedom. Dr. Tom, so we were talking there in the green room about a couple of key things. One having to do with the fact that again parents are being restricted. And you mentioned a quote from the Virginia Governor that I think bears repeating if you'll share that. And then we'll get into also the issue of the vaccine mandates. And we want to send a message to everyone if you didn't hear the program yesterday about not quitting your job. Don't quit over that.

But talk about the parent thing and then I'd love to hear your thoughts on that and then we'll get into the vaccine thing. As you know it's a short segment so we'll go quick. Terry McAuliffe used to be the head of the DNC. He's been the Governor of Georgia. He's running again. Virginia. I'm sorry, did I say Georgia? I apologize. But he just stated recently that parents have no right or say in what their children are being taught.

Which just goes against everything that America stands for and what the Bible says. As far as the vaccine mandate. Just an encouragement. If they tell you that your job that you have to have a vaccine. If not, you have to quit. Don't quit, no matter what they say. They'll say, well, if you quit, then we'll put it down as a resignation to have a clean bill of health, but if we fire you it's going to go against you. They want you to quit because then you won't be able to sue them for unlawful termination, and you won't get benefits as well.

So whatever you do, don't quit. And if it's okay with you, Pastor Greg, I'd just like to mention I've been watching very carefully what's going on in our economy, partially as a result of the China virus, but mostly in the last nine months, Biden has spent more money or proposed spending more money than all the spending of the entire United States for the last two years. So we're going into some rough economic times. We're not just talking about the stock market crash or a crash at a dollar.

Please understand what Biden signed was an executive order that impacts federal contractors and it also impacts federal government employees. That is what his executive order covers, and that's what he's allowed to do through his executive through the executive branch is to is to do things that are related to federal employees and federal contractors. Now, there will be some challenges to this. And even if you are a federal contractor, you definitely need to consult with your legal counsel as to how this impacts. One of the things that our constitutional attorney brought up yesterday was the Railway Protection Act, which basically says that these mandates that are requiring by the airlines to require their pilots and others to get this vaccine are actually They're against the law. They can't do it based on this act.

Again, get legal counsel with regards to that and understand that it was the Department of Labor on the hundred employees. Back with more after this.
