On that must interview with Trump, he had a listener call in, sounds like the Democrats were attacking you, and he goes, yeah. What it is, he said they had tested his system for eight million concurrent listeners.
They did a test, eight million concurrent listeners, and the system worked perfectly. But then they had that direct distributed denial of service attack. That was a true, true attack. And if he can run eight million concurrent listeners, then we know that this is really Dems fighting dirty. This is all out warfare when they do something like that.
That is a major assault. Now, when I saw a little bit, I saw that there was 1.3 million listening at that one time that I was listening. And that was the smaller amount. He said, yeah, when we do it, we're going to go with a smaller number of concurrent listeners.
And you said that was about 1.3 million, but earlier in the day, it was tested for eight, and it worked. Yeah, well, you know, it's the same thing happens. I notice here, you know, we have Spectrum One, and whenever Trump speaks, when he has one of his rallies, every single time, that can be perfect until his rally comes up. And then it'll start breaking up, you know, in the middle of it.
It'll break up real bad. And every single time, you know. Pull out all the tricks. Yep. Well, look what they've done. Like warfare, when you do something like that, that's a major assault. That is a crime.
And just watch. There won't be any investigation. The Democrats won't say anything.
Who did that? Denial of service. This had to be a high-level attack, and nothing's going to come of it, because nobody's going to look into it.
Well, someone will blame Iran, and that'll be the end of it. Yeah, because we don't have a Justice Department that's simply a branch of the Democratic Communist Party. Yeah, true. And Merrick Garland is the most corrupt AG, the most in the history of the United States.
They're not going to argue with you on that. Yeah. You know what? He probably wouldn't, you know. He's not even ashamed. I mean, he sits there, lies under oath to Congress.
Unbelievable. I mean, him and Mary Orkus, just unbelievable how they just sit there and lie under oath. And, you know, Chris Waze got more of an imagination. I mean, he lies, but he, you know, he's a better actor.
Yeah, he puts on a better dog and pony show. But that's about it. But I remember all the, I've got two or three pages of Bible verses about what God says about liars, and none of it's good if you're a liar. It's all kind of, you're doomed to hell, basically. The condensed three pages, liars have their place in the lake of fire. So these people will receive their reward. The problem with a good liar is that they're so good at it, and they believe themselves so much that when they get in front of God, they're probably going to attempt it then. Well, they actually have done that, because if you read in Matthew chapter 7, where they come to him and they say, Lord, Lord, in your name, you know, did I cast out devils? Did I heal the sick? And he says, Depart from me, you workers of iniquity.
I never knew you. In other words, he's telling them you were lying. And so they actually do lie to God. But there's been a number of occasions in the Bible. Remember when Cain killed Abel and the Lord said, Where's your brother? My brother's keeper. Yeah, he says, I don't know.
How should I know? Right. OK. Remember when Sarah was standing in the doorway of the tent and the Lord says, Why did you laugh, Sarah? Oh, I didn't laugh. Not me. But she was embarrassed.
She was a little different. I can understand that a lot better than I can the ones that we're talking about right now. Why? You'll never get pregnant. Allegedly. Hey, if God says one of us is going to get pregnant, I would start to worry, because God doesn't lie. Yeah. So, fortunately, he hasn't said anything like that lately, right? Well, we don't, yeah, well, we have, you know, there's, God's working around the clock and around the universe, too. And so we, we know this, that he's on the throne and he's in complete control. And he says that we will be more than conquerors, more than conquerors than him.
And I'll take him for his word for sure, because he framed the universe with his words. But let's go see what Mr. Levine has to say, because Mark Levine, he said he's kind of getting tired of the liberal elite. They've become the ruling class.
Remember how the Democratic Party used to be for the working man? Not anymore. Not anymore. Not by a long shot.
So take her away. Hello, America. I'm Mark Levine, and this is Life, Liberty, and Levine Sunday. We have a ruling class in America, a ruling class. It's not an official ruling class, but it is a group of individuals in different industries with different platforms who have seized authority over this country.
The vast majority of them live and work on the East Coast, in Washington, D.C. and New York City, with some in Los Angeles. Tens of millions of Americans are not represented by this ruling class, which is why so much of what they promote in their media has nothing to do with you, or has no interest, or is actually promoted in order to sabotage your lifestyle and your liberty. Transgenderism, it's a tiny fraction of a tiny percent of the population.
You wouldn't know it. Systemic racism. There's not systemic racism in America, but it is critical that that be promoted in order to attack the broad middle class. Climate change. Climate change is nothing more than the degrowth movement, the deindustrialization movement, dressed up as some kind of environmental movement so they can do things through the back door that they can't do through the front door. The vast majority of the middle class wants nothing to do with this, doesn't know about it because it's not really relevant to them, and that's why you're under attack. You see, ladies and gentlemen, most of what goes on in this country does not go on in Congress. Most of what goes on in this country is not a result of actions taken by the people you elect, your so-called representatives.
The vast majority of what's taking place in the country today is my executive fiat, executive orders, bureaucratic regulations. The EPA has decided that the single-family home for the middle class will be destroyed, that you're to live in high-density high-rises with public transportation. Hence, the automobile needs to be destroyed.
What's this EV stuff? Nobody wants it, even though Washington is subsidizing it and the New York Times is promoting it because you want your gas-powered combustion engine vehicles and trucks. Well, Washington just said, you don't get it. Well, who voted for that? Nobody. Biden did it through his EPA, and they say we'll have cleaner air and cleaner water.
Of course we won't. It has nothing to do with that. It's a massive inconvenience, and the intention is to limit the ability of the middle class to be mobile, to live the lives that you want to live, and so forth and so on. This whole DEI thing is set up, again, to attack the middle class. Most people don't even know what DEI is, but it is something that has been pushed by the radical-left Marxists in our universities and colleges, and hence by the Democrat Party and the media.
So merit is thrown out the door. Instead, we have reverse racism, reverse segregation. According to the Democrat Party, which used to support, openly, racism and segregation, this new kind of racism and segregation is righteous, and so they promote it.
And so much of what goes on in this country is deleterious to the middle class. They're attacking our traditions, now they're attacking Christian nationalists. What does that mean? Well, they're suggesting that if you're Christian, and you support America, you must be part of the Klan or something, Christian nationalists. They're embracing Islamists. Why are they embracing Islamists? Because they're critical to their base, and because the Marxists and the Islamists have the same thing in common.
What's that? To completely upend our society, your faith, your religion. They're trying to indoctrinate our children through our elementary schools and secondary schools, high schools, certainly colleges and universities, to separate them from parents, to separate them from the morals and ethics and family values they've been taught, and instead embrace the radical-left agenda and bigger and more centralized government.
This is all intentional. They're poisoning our institutions. They're devouring our institutions.
They are accusing people who stand up against them as being against democracy and being extremists. So Donald Trump, hence, is Hitler, and anybody who supports him is part of MAGA. And MAGA, of course, is like the Third Reich. No, MAGA is made up of hardworking Americans who pay their taxes, plumbers, electricians, farmers and ranchers. It's made up of people who make this country work. And the funny thing is, these elites in Washington, D.C. and New York, if we had to rely on them to eat, we'd all starve to death. They produce absolutely nothing.
They don't do anything with their hands. They are totally out of touch with what goes on in the central part of America, or put a better way, that goes on not on the both ends of America. Why do you think they want to get rid of the Electoral College? So Middle America, Southeast America, Southern America, Northern Plains America have no representation. If it's just a matter of voting, the more dense the cities and the metropolitan areas, the more powerful they will become.
In essence, nine, 10, 11 states will have control of the entire electoral system. So the Electoral College, you see, is now said to be racist and set up by slavers. What I'm trying to point out here is what the Democrat Party is doing. It's at war with the middle class. It's at war with working Americans. Now, union bosses may not get it. They may not care. They're selling out their membership, too.
And they'll throw little tidbits out to you or little pieces, little crumbs to you. Oh, we'll have a $20 an hour work day, which, of course, destroys jobs and destroys businesses. Then they'll use Marxist propaganda, class warfare. Let's get the rich. Let's get the corporations.
Let's get them. And yet the biggest concentration of money, the biggest concentration of power, and I mean police power, it's not any one corporation. It's the federal government. Look, there's not a single corporation that has control over your life. There's not a single corporation that can tell you what to do or put you in prison. The federal government not only is ubiquitous financially, but it's ubiquitous in terms of the police state. And it's growing. And it doesn't want any opposition, which is why the Biden administration has done more since any administration, but perhaps Woodrow Wilson, to silence speech.
The silent speech, the censer speech, to monitor speech. Two federal courts have so ruled and they're 100 percent right. They've done more than any prior administration to intimidate political and ideological opponents, shutting down parents to the extent they can by threatening them with the FBI if they dare to stand up to the teachers unions, which are crucial to the Democrat Party, or throwing pro-life protesters in prison, even though they haven't committed any any acts of violence. They're just the true peaceful protesters trying to secrete agents in the Catholic Church and then trying to cover it up. This is a big deal, America, what they're doing and what they've been doing. And most of all, trying to put in prison and bankrupt their greatest threat politically, which is Donald Trump.
And we know the Biden administration's had its hands in the Tisha James's case, in Alvin Bragg's case, in the Fannie Willis case, and, of course, in the federal cases. This is the Democrat Party. Now, it is very important to understand that when they talk about the rich and they talk about you have a right to free health care, none of that really matters to them.
They know that if you fall for that, you're going to vote for them and they're going to become more and more powerful. And even more, their administrative state is going to become more and more powerful. It will decide what medical treatment you get, if any.
It will decide what prescription drugs you get, if any. Does that work anywhere in the world? Pick any socialist slash Marxist regime, even a fascist regime.
Does that work anywhere in the world? No. And, of course, they're attacking your traditions. They're attacking America's values by attacking America's founding. We're told the country wasn't founded in 1776. Now, that's new to all of them.
No, no, 1619. You need to be re-educated. You need to understand this.
We're told that the Constitution, the United States, was set up to protect slavery and white supremacy. Really? Where does that come from? Doesn't come from anywhere. It comes from their ideology.
It's that simple. I want to read something to you very briefly, because this professor said it better than I could. His name is Ted McAllister. He's professor of public policy at Pepperdine University. A couple of years back, he wrote, Today we have a very different elite than America did as recently as the 1980s in terms of their nature, goals, ambitions, style and ways of exercising power. He said, The deepest fact of our time is that America has a bad elite, a mendacious one whose skills, values, goals, tastes and types of knowledge are hostile to our nation's inherited cultures and plural people. The new elite that has emerged in the last generation or two has no interest in preserving anything but perhaps their own power. They lack historical knowledge and vision, which they supplant by or exchange for the power of transformation and change, intoxicated by the power possible with emerging technologies, inspired by visions that only a deracinated globalist perspective could make attractive. This elite thinks of creative destruction as applied to the culture, he says, as winners in what they imagine to be a meritocratic struggle. They can see nothing of an inherited world worth preserving for their very success.
The peculiar characteristics of the revolving power have given to our new elite the soul of adolescent art applied to a global campus. They lack any experiential or historical ballast to weigh them down, to slow them in remaking everything according to their desires. For them, streamlining power is key to creation, and the annoying obstacles to their new creations are not really checks to prevent tyranny, but rather limitations.
Unnecessary friction in the headlong rush to transform. Now, when you look back at last week at those three Democrat presidents, two X and one current, that's who he's describing. When you look at Schumer, when you look at Sanders, when you look at Hakeem Jeffries, when you look at the whole bunch, that's what we're getting. Let me be abundantly clear, the new bourgeoisie, as Marx would put it, is the Democrat Party. The new proletariat, that would be you and me and the hundreds of millions of Americans who are not represented by the ideological push in our media, by the Democrat Party, each and every day. All right, we are back. And what do you think? Do you think we should open the phone lines and take some calls, fellas?
No, we could, but I got one more story I want to get in. Kamala Harris did a video, and it featured a California sheriff. And the trouble is, this Sheriff Bordeaux, there were other law enforcement officers there, the sheriff wants to make it clear that his image is being used without his permission.
He does not endorse Harris for president or any other political office she may seek. And he remembers what happened. There was a state law enforcement meeting in the Central Valley there in California. What the deal was, a lot of the law enforcement groups had been working on getting a gang under control and getting weapons. And she shows up, and to make a long story short, her appearance was all smoke and mirrors. She said, we, all the different law enforcement people that were gathered together, were in the green room.
She didn't come in to say hello to any of us. She walked out in front of the camera, gave her presser, literally walked out, never said hi to any of us, quote. He said, quote, I'm disgusted because, you know, she didn't shake hands, didn't say hello, and she's taking credit for all this work that the local officers, locals did.
And he is mad, and it's amazing this, you know, has been going around. There were, I guess, 11 people arrested, including a drug kingpin. And she takes credit and doesn't say a word to any of the officers, sheriffs, state police, whatsoever, and then uses their picture in a campaign ad about how she's tough on crime.
You can't get any phonier than that. And I noticed, looked around, there were very few news organizations that were publishing the sheriff's complaint. So basically, almost everybody on the left is not going to hear one word about how it's fake. The people in it aren't endorsing her, didn't give her credit for anything because she didn't do anything.
I had to get that story in. Well, here's another story, and that is that 70% of the people don't believe the so-called mainstream media, okay? I'm surprised that it's that low. That low, I mean, that many people still, 30% still believe them. I can't believe that. I actually believe that. I really do.
You go out in public and 30% of the people you meet, yes, I guarantee that's probably accurate. Yeah, that's an amazing thing. All right, phone lines are open at 888-677-9673. Yeah, they said the Russians are blaming the Ukrainians, the Ukrainians are blaming the Russians, and there was smoke coming from the facility, so somebody hit it with something and that's getting scary. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, you know, I wanted to ask you about Isaiah chapter 13 verses 5 to 15, if that's prophetic to a degree, to now potentially, or how would you interpret those verses? Isaiah chapter 13, 5 to 15.
I'm a little familiar with it. He's talking about, then came from a far country from the end of heaven, even the Lord, and the weapons of the indignation to destroy the whole land. This is the prophecies against Babylon. Right.
Oh! Yeah. End times prophecy.
Right. I'll allow ye, for the day of the Lord is at hand, and it shall come as the destruction from the Almighty. Therefore all, therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt, and they shall be afraid. Pains and sorrows shall take hold of them, and they shall be in pain as a woman and travail. They shall be amazed at one another, and their faces shall be as flames. Behold, the city of the Lord cometh, or the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, but lay the land desolate, and he shall destroy the sinners thereof. Well, of course, that's going to be during the tribulation period. That's what, yeah, that's prophetic, that's for sure.
Yeah, yeah. My first question would be, a far country could be China, but I would interpret that as like, you know, angels coming, like an army of angels. You know, that would be my first take on that. The second thing that kind of struck me with that was, the faces will be like flames of fire, and that seems like it's in Zechariah, a parallel verse. And then it says the arrogance of the wicked, and just the way these people talk, I mean, they're just so arrogant about, like, they just assume nothing will ever happen to them. You're right. You know, it's like they embrace everything that God calls sin, and they do it out there with this prideful look. The Bible says God hates a prideful look, okay? Yeah.
And yet, that's what you have. In other words, they're shaking a rebellious fist in the face of a holy God, and they're going to regret that. Yeah, and that psalm you read, the Lord will bring the wickedness of the wicked to an end, that doesn't seem to be the case with George Soros. He's 94 today. He's been terrorizing people under the guise of philanthropy, you know, for decades, and, you know, this guy was around in World War II, but it's interesting.
I have this audiobook, Spies and Lies. He was in China for a few months in 1989, and they got wise to this guy and kicked him out. He started some sort of organization in Shanghai, and they said, you know, that the Ministry of State Security in China, you know, figured out what the guy was really, you know, out to get them.
So at least they were smart enough to kick him out. Soros is one of the seed, but not the sons of Abraham. He is an apostate Jew, and he hates Jews. He's very anti-Semitic.
He's the one that's funding. In fact, he even made a statement that apparently he didn't think that the Jews, you know, gave enough resistance, and that's why he said he was glad to be happy to be one that went around taking the property of the Jews, because they wouldn't resist. And he said that he felt good about taking their property.
And him being a Jew, he was adopted by a Christian, but apparently he was adopted more by the devil. Another thing he was saying about this guy, Raleigh, and the UK siccing the police on its own people, and what's happening is basically these countries are opening up their jails and sending them to the US and the UK. You're not kidding. The policemen, by going along with the politicians, are just asking. They're going to be overwhelmed. I mean, there's less crime in places like Venezuela because they sent all their criminals here. Yep. And this is why, like Trump is saying, he doesn't know if we will last until January. Yeah, I mean, you know, when you have police supporting the government in places like the UK, they're going to get overwhelmed by these immigrants that are, a high proportion of them were just, you know, from the jails.
They're saving money and they're cleaning out their own criminal element by sending them to the UK and the US. Yeah. Well, you know, we, Jamie Raskin has come out and said that if Trump wins the election, they're going to, there'll be a civil war. And actually that statement has been made on either side, but here, they've also come out and said that if Trump wins the election, Kamala will not certify it.
Kamala will not certify the election. And there you go. You know, one thing about her is, you know, there's this book on narcissists called Out of the Fog and it's kind of almost humorous because the woman is angry about narcissists, the psychology that wrote it, but she said you can't put lipstick on a pig.
Yeah. And, you know, they're dressing her up like they're putting lipstick on her. She just, you know, she is what she is. And, you know, she's not going to change her stripes, so to speak. But the leopard changer spots, but she's going to, they're going to run her as a moderate. This is a game play that we've seen before, run as a moderate and then rule as a liberal.
And they'll revert her back. And it's so easy to do because you have so many people that don't pay attention to the news, have no idea what's going on. They don't pay attention to the election until a few weeks before it happens. And then you have these, so many people on the left that, you know, all we've got to have a woman because somebody in the Democrat party said we've got to elect a woman president. So, I mean, you have the simple minded, you have the brainwashed, you have the, all these socialist, communist, radicals.
And these people know the game, those people know the game and the rest of them are useful idiots that are going to go along. Yeah, but you know, Joe, where this started is right from the pulpit, Joe, just like the Bible says, like Peter said, the judgment begins in the house of the Lord because of the lack of courage, the dearth of courage from those in the pulpits across this country. They, you know, people like Joe Osteen and others will not preach against sin. They won't preach against sin. And they don't mention anything in politics. It's like, oh, church never goes into politics, but you have the devil running everything and yet the pastors are afraid to say anything politically.
They'll lose money in the collection plate. I've got two books, the Political Sermons of the Founding Era. And the first volume is a huge, heavy, how many pages? I can't try to remember. It was over 1000 pages.
And that's volume one of two or three volumes. So they had all these, the entire Constitution, the founding of the government, this was all preached and taught from the pulpit of the churches for the people and discussed in the churches to be voted on. And yet somebody's told, oh, the church can't get involved in politics, but the church ran everything about the Federalist Papers, who was running. This was all political discussions from the pulpit in the foundation of this country.
Absolutely. Because the pastors had a dearth of courage, they didn't stand when they should have. People lost a lot of respect for them, especially the younger men. They thought, where's the boldness? Where's your boldness here? And because of that, we have such biblical illiteracy.
There's never been a time in all of history where there's been so much biblical literacy as there is today in America. I mean, it is bad. We'll be back right after this. We have a break. And she was laughing about it. We the people are going to make this happen. And I looked up what President was saying, we the people, kind of like, real quick, but it was actually Reagan. That was his speech, we the people.
Okay, I looked that up today. Okay, and then now you got, they've been backsliding on Israel. Okay, we know that right now, Iran and the United States have moved warships toward that direction because they're saying at this point that they're expecting Iran to attack any moment in the next few days, okay, which is a must. Okay, now we got Ukraine. They're inside of Russia, which is, that hadn't happened since World War II, okay. And Putin's saying, hey, evacuate the territory.
What's fixing to happen in Russia, you know, with Ukraine in their territory across the border lines? Okay, real quick, the Palestinians, you know, they've been vandalizing all these cemeteries, national monuments across the United States, burning our flag, spray painting, Hamas is coming. Hamas is here. The border down here in Texas, the Hades, the country of Hades, they've taken over the government, they've overthrown the government.
The Hades are here. We've got so many people that have been rushing toward our border, it's not just one particular country. Now, you look at the crime in our country, rape, women being raped, children being raped, it's up big time.
This year, they just noted that the crime on police officers is up 67% in the last three years, 67%, okay. Kamala Harris, every time she's on the screen, constantly laughing, the day that Trump was almost killed, that Saturday, they were interviewing her. Once again, she's got that clown face, evil, almost cracking up laughing.
But anyway, I just wanted to bring that up, and they will legalize drugs, and that's what the direction they're on, and that bag of coke that was found in the White House, that white pottery substance, goes to whoever it was, it's all written together like an evil puzzle, Satan's puzzle, and they're rising up just like the Antichrist. But I wanted to bring that up, I know Joe's got a kick out of that one, but you look at these events, and there's a lot of events between our brothers, Iran, Russia, there's some events happening as we all know, but I just wanted to get that out there to everybody, and they need to really take a close look about when she speaks. It's constantly, it's just a constant, they were speaking that, they were mentioning stuff about, he doesn't think any of this is funny, and it's not, we shouldn't need to have humor, but this isn't a time to have humor with what's going on in our country.
Her laughter, her nervous laughter, because she is so careful, she can't speak off the cuff, she has to have it all written in front of her on a teleprompter, so the laughter is the way she covers her nerves. Yeah. Yes, Joe, I just want to say, you're so awesome, I know sometimes I talk a hundred miles an hour, I took some notes, and I hope you guys gather kind of what I was saying, but these are the events that's on, that we're facing right now in this country, just a drop in the bucket. I hear you.
No. I have to move on. We just touched a few things, and we thank you for the compliment, but God is the one that guides us, directs us, and tells us what he wants us to do, so we give him the praise and the glory. Amen.
Let's go over to A.C. A.C., you're in the air. Hello, Pastor. Hey, A.C. Last Friday, Pastor Sanders, you made this comment about two nations occupy one land, okay? And so what does that say? It says two nations, two differing nations occupying one land means one nation is going to rise against the other. Well, that's exactly what Jesus said in Matthew 24, verse 7.
That's where I got that from. Yes. Okay. What a coincidence. Yeah, because there's a lot of false teaching out there saying that Matthew 24, 5, 6, and 7 are only going to happen in the tribulation period, and that is absolutely false, because when Jesus said wars and rumors of wars, we've already had wars and rumors of wars. Well, he goes on to say the time is not yet, okay? So he goes on to tell you, but there's more to come, and so... Yeah, the end is not yet, exactly. And nation rising against nation, kingdom against kingdom, that's Jesus talking about civil war.
Yeah, I know. We already had a civil war in the 1860s, and where it says kingdom against kingdom, look at Britain, because you brought up Britain earlier in the show. Well, Britain, they call it the United Kingdom, but it's not united, it's divided. And people, a lot of Brits didn't want to go into the European Union. We hear they've gotten out, but have they really gotten out of the European Union? It's like Hotel California, you know, you can check out, but you can't really leave. So it's a question in my mind that Britain is really out from under the European Union, I don't think so. And another thing about England, and you talked about how free speech is being taken away there, in London there is no use of cash permitted. All the businesses either accept credit cards or PayPal, some sort of non-cash medium.
It's become, it's within the city limits, it's cashless. It's just like the beast regime is going to be. So, you know, it's setting up over there as a pattern for what it will be like in the tribulation period. Well, also here, when Jesus made the statement that I've come not to bring peace but bring a sword, he's talking about the days just prior to the tribulation period. And when he said father will be against son, mother against daughter, so on and so forth. And that simply means saved people will be at odds with the unsaved.
You know, the Christians are going to be fighting the heathens, and that's actually kind of what's happening now, isn't it? And it may be in your own family. Well, it is just about everybody's family. Somebody, you know, they have unbelievers out there, but everybody I know has unbelievers in their families. And that's caused a major problem, you know, especially with this Gen Z, whatever, generations in that. And here, I mean, we've had so many times, we've had parents, or grandparents, I should say, who have adult children, have denied their parents the access to their children if they refused to get the kill shot.
We had several people, even in our church, grandparents who were denied the access to their own grandchildren because of their adult children. You know, they were raised up, they went to secular universities, and they lost, they had no faith. And that's much more prominent than people realize.
But, yeah. They lost their faith and they lost their common sense. Yeah, for all these years I preached, for 50 years I was preaching, if you love your children, get them out of the public schools, don't send them there. They're going to take away their faith, they're going to take them, you know, and that's exactly what happened. You know, there's so many things that are, and I hate to call them coincidences, but they're similar, so many similarities, and then I had two ladies who both had both a son and a daughter, and they both brought them into church when they were little. Then they moved out of state, two different directions, and both of those ladies got back to me. One of them, the first one, was crying, and she said, and I think, but she's probably listening to me right now, if I wish I had listened to you, oh how we wish we had listened to you, where they sent their children off to the universities, and when they came back home, they came back because they see atheists.
And that happened so often in this country today, because the universities are nothing but hotbeds of cultural Marxism. And so, yeah, it was, you know, I felt bad for both of them. They called and they were crying.
And, you know, I wish, you know, when they said we wish you'd listened, I said, yeah, I wish you had too, but that happens all the time. That's where we're at in this country. And that's exactly the way the Bible said it would be, isn't it? Very close. There's a lot of things that would happen, and we're just example after example. How accurate is it, J.C.? The children departing from the faith is one of the first ones.
How accurate is it? He who has ears to hear, let him hear. Absolutely. How much time do I have? We've got a little over six minutes left. Joe, you've got six minutes. Can you do her?
I sure can. All right, thanks, A.C. Thank you, guys. I want to start with a hymn. Jesus paid it all, because everything's about Him, what He did. He came to earth to be that Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world. That's my Lord. I hear the Savior say, Thy strength indeed is small, child of weakness, watch and pray, find in me thine all in all. Lord, now indeed I find thy power and thine alone can change the leper's spots and melt the heart of stone. For nothing good have I, for by thy grace to claim, I'll wash my garments white in the blood of Calvary's Lamb. And when, before the throne, I stand in Him complete, Jesus died, my soul to save, my lips shall still repeat. Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe.
Sin had left a crimson stain, and He washed it white as snow. So many times I remember back, Thomas Jefferson said two things would be taught in the public school system in Washington, D.C., King James Bible, and the Watts hymnal, because there is so much good scripture in the hymnal. We know that one of the most important things is the blood. In Romans 5, 8, 9, that God commanded His love toward us, that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us, much more than being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath through Him. We know that 1 Peter 1, 18 and 19, Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things like silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by the tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. Hebrews 13 verse 12, For Jesus also, wherefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood suffered without the gate. And we know the scripture tells us that without the shedding of blood there is no, no remission of sin. If you look closely, everything is about God's sacrifice, His shedding of His blood to forgive our sins. In Matthew 26, in verse 28, For this is my blood of the New Testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sin. And we know that ye may know that the Son of Man hath power on earth to forgive sin, and He paid the price for your sin with His own blood. And the last one I want to read is, forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed. Sorry, I repeated that one.
I had a couple of things marked. The important thing is, so many pastors don't want to talk about the blood, but it is from the Old Testament, the shedding of blood for the remission of sin was what God commanded. So in the New Testament, He sent His Son, the Lamb of God, to be a once perfect and sufficient sacrifice for the remission of sin for the whole world. Jesus came willingly, went to the cross, and died a substitutionary death. He took my place, Pastor and his place, He took every believer's place, and on His sinless, spotless soul, He took all the ugly sins of the world, the lies, the deception, the mayhem, the rape, the murder, you name it. That was probably the most painful thing for a sinless, spotless God to take all these horrible uglies upon Himself.
One minute, Joe, one minute. He paid your price. Now, He gave you a gift, but you have to claim the gift.
How do you claim it? You have to repent to the Father from the heart that your sins, that you're sorry that your sins placed His Son on that cross. And if you do that with that true repentant heart, God will hear, God will forgive, and then you can go to His Son, Jesus, ask Jesus to come into your life, to be Lord of your life, all of your life, but you have to do it without hesitation, without reservation, you can't make any deals. He has to be number one, and if you do that, then He will bring you in, He will give you the down payment on eternal life, the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God. You become this new born-again believer, a child of the Kingdom, you become your own High Priest, you have a personal, now one-on-one relationship with God Himself. And you've got God's Word on that, and we're out of time. And you have His Word. Yep, we are out of time for that tonight, so we want to say thank you for being here with us tonight, and we want to say good night to you, and God bless to all of you out there tonight.
