Can't tell you how important it is for us to be electing constitutional originists as Attorney Generals across our country. David Chistokas is my guest. David, welcome. Good to have you. Great to be with you, Greg. And it's a grand grand day because we have another constitutional originist originalist sitting in the sitting in the court in the Middle District of Florida today that actually saw that the government has limited power.

Yes. It was it was so wonderful to see all these people cheering and that the videos of folks on the airplanes that were cheering is the pilots were making announcements that they could take their masks off right that right then and there. And I was at a large, large dinner last night.

There was like about 900 people a Lincoln Day dinner in Sangamon County, which is in Springfield, Illinois. I was there last night. A few people had in fact flown in for the for the event last night. And they were showing me pictures on their phone of the joy on the airplanes that they had been on. Apparently, there's some videos that are like viral, but the folks were showing me they had all taken pictures and it was stewardess and we call them stewardess. I guess their flight attendants now, you know, just beaming that they don't have to be like many police officers, you know, anymore.

And so they can get back to serving their customers rather than trying to rein in the customers is just was a grand, grand day for this. Thanks to this judge in the Central Middle District of Florida is what they call it. And it's very, it was interesting to hear some of the other responses on the radio from some of the commentators that were talking about, again, about the science and the health issues and that it's not for a judge to decide. But the truth is, is she didn't decide any of that. The judge didn't decide anything about that. What she decided was the authority of the government, you know, and the lack of authority of the government to in fact, impose such a mandate through through the through the process that they did.

And so it was a her opinion was all about the rule of law. It had nothing to do with any medical opinion. She didn't weigh in on any medical matters. And it was that she didn't make any medical decisions. She made the decision the proper decision, but the government that through the through this agency, the Center for Disease Control, did not have the authority to issue these regulations regarding regarding the conduct in in the airports themselves or on the on the airlines.

Nor other transportation things that are under the under the regulation of the federal government and certain large, large train stations and interchanges and Amtrak, things that are under the guy under the under the guidance of the federal government, right? They don't have they don't they have no, they never had never had the authority to do that. And, and this is this is the one with the judge put out, her ruling was all about the law. It had nothing to do with medicine, you know, and and to hear commentators trying to take her down about ignoring science and being anti medicine.

And now she's going to kill people because now they're going to breathe and stuff. It's just insanity. Because the wall mean that the law means nothing to the law. I mean, the law means nothing to so many people. And if if we have the law, but essentially, we have nothing, you know, and it's, it was it was a great, great day.

It was a great, great victory for, for freedom yesterday. And, and apparently that even past the past the guy that's living in the White House's lips. So when they got off Air Force One, they asked him about it.

He said, Well, I guess it's up to everybody to decide for themselves. That's what it should have been all along. Yeah, yeah. Well, and and you know, this whole situation, right? The more information that we get, David, the more the facts come out, the more the information comes out from, you know, the FOIA request that that that was, you know, finally put into place. So that the FDA had to start releasing documents and Pfizer had to start releasing their documents. And, you know, the more information that we have, the more and we understand that all of this, all of this was wholly and completely, medically unnecessary. Yes, that, that, that that no doubt is accurate, as well. Although we would not have gotten into the medical mess. If people had paid attention to the law, which you mentioned them. Right, right.

I gotcha. Yes, my candidacy for the for the Attorney General of Illinois. The governor here issued his first mandate in March of 20. And in the law of the state of Illinois, at that point, allowed him to do something in a disaster for 30 days, and then go to the legislature and get authorization and have the have the people's representatives participate in the process of how to do these things. And if we would have had a legit Attorney General at that point in time, it would have been 30 days and done. It would have been because the governor had no more authority. And, but we didn't, we had an attorney general that said, Oh, no, you can issue these things successively, you know, and so that's how important it is to for voters to talk to talk to the candidates about their fidelity to the rule of law, their fidelity to law, and how important how important it is. And this is just an example, because the CDC never had the authority they claim to have, just like the various governors, including Mr. Pritzker, never had the authority they claim that. And so it's, it's so critical. We should not have to fight these things in the courts, we should have people that are in office that recognize and respect the rule of law and conduct the conduct the government accordingly.

Well, to that end, to that end, if I might, you know, kind of kind of shift us, I mean, it's the same conversation. But we had a Supreme Court situation that that just happened, where we had three conservatives dissent, as the court declined to intervene on behalf of an Air Force officer, who's not going to be vaccinated. The algorithm read the case very quickly done versus Austin was brought by Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Dunn, an Air Force pilot who served combat tours in Afghanistan and left active duty for the Air Force Reserve eight years ago, Dunn tested positive for COVID-19 last summer, and requested a religious exemption from the DOD's requirement that all active duty and reserve members of the Armed Forces be vaccinated against COVID-19. His request was denied.

He was relieved of his command of a squadron. He then went to federal court in California arguing that the denial of his request for a religious exemption violated both federal law and the Constitution when the Pentagon granted thousands of exemptions for secular reasons. The federal court rejected his request for a temporary order that would have barred the Air Force from taking action against him because of his failure to be vaccinated. The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit declined to step in.

And so he came to the Supreme Court and asking them and the and these justices decided that they would not step in. Yeah, this is it certainly is problematic, because of course, even though the military operates in a different different world than than we do in the civilian world, and often has different sets of rules, the Bill of Rights and the First Amendment, when it comes to religion, religious, religious liberty remains with the with the service members, of course, they have, you know, they have chaplains of every every creed that you could possibly imagine, you know, they, they, they do things to accommodate just about every every kind of religious necessity that goes within them goes along within the military. So there's, there's a world while while certainly you there's a matter of order, there's a matter of submitting to military authority that you agree to when you when you become part of the military, you take that oath, there are still there still remains specific certain kinds of rights that are in the Bill of Rights, it's still attached to you, even even the while you're in military service, and prime among them would certainly be your rights of conscience that attached to the attached to the First Amendment. And so this is it really is disturbing. And you would have to think especially also, you know, I mean, now and again, the more evidence that comes out, the more I mean, the the open VAERS, if you go to open VAERS and look at the numbers, look, we've got an f 35 that went into the drink in the China Sea, okay, as as a direct as an absolute direct result of the reaction that the pilot had to the injection. And that's evidenced, okay, a $4 million piece of hardware ends up nearly in the hands of the Chinese because of the fact that you've got these absolutely ludicrous mandates that are taking place that obviously, you know, are are detrimental to the health of the pilot.

All right, we're going to be jumping out and taking a quick break when when we come back. Let's talk some more about the court. But also let's talk about the AG situation.

And boy, I'll tell you the stories coming out of there are horrific. And those of you that are propagating the Russian propaganda that Putin is some kind of hero in all of this, you just you need to quiet yourselves. Because honestly, if you've if you've never read Pachepo's disinformation book, or you've never watched the disinformation DVD that I'm holding up for my viewing audience from WND Films, disinformation, the secret strategy to destroy the West, then you have no idea how adept they are at talking about this horrific, they just they have an ability, ladies and gentlemen, to be able to share information, and get people to believe things that are absolutely 100% lies, and they're very, very persuasive. So anyway, just encourage you to just don't please, don't forward any more nonsense. All right, David Shostakos, constitutional attorney, attorney generals, and you you you brought up, I don't know if you do you want to share that question? Because I think that's a really important question, honestly.

Sure, I'd be happy to do that. You know, I've been certainly campaigning and being involved in there. Of course, I hear a lot of speeches by a lot of candidates. People talk about what they're going to do, whether they're going to address crime, whether they're going to build a new road, whether they're going to do something for unemployment, go on and on and on. But you know what nobody ever asks is what is your philosophy of government? What do you consider to be the legal responsibilities of the job that you're seeking?

And what do you believe the legal limitations on that job are? If we vetted candidates with that three sets of questions, and got the people that are seeking office to begin to think about that, then we might filter through and not have governors that think they can they can issue issue these orders that have no basis in law, or CDC that issues a mandate that has no basis in law. And too often that the legislators these days, you know, they'll they'll pass what they think is a politically popular thing. And they won't care whether it's constitutional or not.

You know, we're going to do this and we're going to let the courts deal with it. You know, that's and that's obviously the wrong thing. That's bad representation. From the standpoint of every officeholder has a responsibility to uphold the Constitution while they're in office, not think that it's somebody else's job to do. And if they if they were expressed in exercise fidelity to these principles, principles, we would not wind up in these circumstances. Or you talk about the new medical evidence and things like that.

And that's that's obviously important. But had we been exercising fidelity to the law, we would have been discovering these medical things as it was happening, not discovering them later. They expressed expressed about the law in Illinois, the governor had 30 days to issue issue orders and to operate. And then within that 30 days, he should have gone to the legislature. Going to the legislature would have meant they would have had hearings. They would have called medical experts in to testify.

And they would have then they would have been in a situation where they could have made law consistent with decent medical evidence as opposed to these guys issuing orders off their hips. There's reasons that the law is in place so that it will work to the benefit of people that will work to the benefit of society. And certainly, as attorney general, that's how I will conduct that office is consistent with the law.

And I'll be in a position to be able to hold other officeholders. I'll hold their feet to the fire on that, hopefully before it gets to a courtroom when we're when we're off. One of the one of the things a really good lawyer does, good lawyers, you know, it's nice that what happens in his dramatic in courtroom, the best thing a lawyer can ever do is to keep his client out of court, is to do things in advance, and make sure that the world runs smoothly without winding up in a courtroom.

And that's really what our government should do too. They shouldn't be issuing orders and say, well, we'll let the court sort it out. How many people does that hurt in the meantime, while you're waiting for the courts to sort this out? I don't know what case in point, right?

Is that is this, you know, Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Dunn, who's going to now have to bear the ramifications or bear the brunt of, of, you know, the military's term for justice. And, you know, because they wouldn't issue a temporary stay, I'm sure the case can be brought back up again for for a full hearing. But the whole point was, was that he wanted to get some relief while while he worked through the process. Absolutely. And that word that should have been the first order of business because the very first, the first right in the First Amendment is freedom of religion. That's how important it was to the founders. And that's how important it should be to us and everybody that's operating the courts. No, absolutely. Absolutely. Well, and especially in light of the fact that you have such, you know, a preponderance of evidence now with regards to the potentially damaging effects of the injection to put our entire readiness as a military and as a country at stake because of now what is proven evidence.

I got contacted by attorney Tom Renz over the weekend who represents some whistleblowers within the Department of Defense. So these are whistleblowers that have been extracting data out of the Defense Department database. They have noticed a very alarming increase in instances of certain conditions compared to a five-year average.

They also have evidence that with myocarditis, the data has been doctored already. I'm the one dealing with the medical boards. I'm the one watching the witch hunts. I'm the one fighting them off and I'm the one telling them where to go.

I'm going to keep doing that. 9-28-2021, Project SALIS weekly report. Project SALIS is a Defense Department initiative where they report and contract, they take all this data that doesn't exist supposedly and they give it to the CDC. They're watching these vaccines. On that date and around that date, I have numerous instances where Fauci and that entire crew were saying it's a crisis unvaxed, it's 99% unvaxed in the hospital.

In Project SALIS, in the weekly report, the DOD document says specifically 71% of new cases are in the fully vaxed and 60% of hospitalizations are in the fully vaxed. This is corruption at the highest level. We need investigations. The Secretary of Defense needs investigated. The CDC needs to be investigated. You combine now the fact that there's at least suspicions that the Defense Department is doctoring with the data.

I would contend, Senator, that there's not just a suspicion. In August, when the report was run on acute myocarditis in the DOD website, there were 1,239 cases and now when you run it, it's down to 307. In January of 2022, there were 176 cases and magically they are now down to 17. There is a word for that.

It's not suspicious. We have in the military the single best data set that exists because we have baselines in there and acute disease across all categories in the preceding years, five years, leading up to the vaccination year was 1.7 million. They introduced and mandated mandated a COVID-19 vaccine for our U.S. military when they had only lost 12 service members total to the disease. And in the 10 months of 2021 after that, it jumped from 1.7 million all diseases to darn near 22 million. That was a 20 million increase. We need to not be calling this suspicious.

With all due respect, we need to be asking hard questions of the DOD and I will close by saying they are charged at least in part with protecting the sanctity and welfare of the brave men and women who are defending this country and right now these numbers indicate something is drastically wrong and I know of only one reason that databases roll math backward. Who are you? Identifier.

So sorry. My name is Lee Dundas. I'm a human rights attorney that's working with Tom Rents on the whistleblower issue in the military. I would ask that Congress listen to these whistleblowers, put their testimony on record. These are brave men and women of very high rank in the U.S. military because not just do we Congress in this building need to hear about it. The world needs to hear about what is going on.

I will listen to them. We will take their transcribed interviews. We'll gather their data and again I put the Defense Department on notice. They must preserve these records so we can investigate. Thank you. By the way, I just gotta, I have to show you. This is what we get when I investigate.

I mean this isn't to do with this. This is after a couple years trying to get information out of another agency and we finally get the information and it's all redacted. This is how the administration, the federal government, the agencies comply with congressional oversight. We're glad to share with you Senator because we have quite a bit of those that aren't blanked out and we also want to tell you, listen, the side effects, the only one that they're recognizing, that's an outright lie.

I've got the Pfizer documents, Pfizer sets. And everything should be go. Okay.

I forgot that I had moved the camera. It used to be over here, so it's in the right spot. And then joining us live from just outside of Kiev, Ukraine, my dear friend, Pastor Vitaly. Pastor Vitaly, welcome. Good to have you. Thank you.

It's good to be with you today. Let's get right into this. You have, there's a post, actually, that I saw as I was going on air that's on the least of these pictures that you and your church members took in a village called Andreevka. Did I say that correctly? Yeah. Yeah. It is very close. Yes.

Talk to me about the visit to Andreevka and what you bore witness to, please. Yes. One of our churches that we are friends with was getting ready to go to that village, and they said, you know, if you would like to join us, there's a lot of work to restore buildings, maybe clean buildings, get people, you know, just help or something. So we've got four young men in the van, and they went there.

For Manning 957, for Rick Manning. Yeah. And they have spent two days there visiting homes, asking whatever kind of physical help they need, maybe to take the rubble out of the way, maybe fix some windows. We brought some plastic film with us. So, you know, glass right now is very hard to find after all the explosions and windows taken out.

So we would place those, that film in there, in those windows, and just, you know, be of any help that people needed. But of course, the most, you know, yeah, you see the pictures, how destroyed those villages are. It seemed like tanks or people with, you know, grenade launchers would go down the street and would just shoot every building just to destroy.

Hard to see these pictures, but also very hard to hear the stories that these people tell of what was happening. There's a front door with, you know, for those that are watching, but a front door with bullet holes in it. Yeah.

Yeah. It's hard to say why would, you know, Russians would shoot. Sometimes they would be afraid that somebody would be behind the doors and just, they take this, you know, personnel carrier with a machine gun on top of it and they would just shoot through whole building, just trying to make sure there is nobody sitting in there or if they're sitting, they're hit by their bullets. So the people who live in this village, they said that three convoys went through their village. Two convoys, they didn't stop. The Russians just went through the village and went further on. But the third convoy stayed in that village and they said that was the most devastated thing that happened to them because Russians were hunting for anybody who would have any connection to military structures. Either they served in the military or they are actively in the, maybe, you know, not part of Ukrainian army, but part of territorial public defense, you know, where people would, who has any guns, they would join a, you know, a unit and they would create checkpoints to stop any, like any of what we call those in English, groups that try to infiltrate the village, research the village, Russian troops, they would, you know, groups would come research the village or cause any damage, maybe blowing up, you know, city center or something else.

They would create those checkpoints. About 30 people were from this village on the checkpoints. When the Russian convoy stopped in that village, about 10 of them escaped and they went into the forest.

But 20 of them, they remained in the village, they were caught inside. So they took all of the uniform they had, they took their weapons and they were their weapons and hit them and stayed like, you know, playing civil, civilians in the village. But the Russians would, you know, find few men and torture them until they say, okay, we will show you where those people live that were part of the territorial defense. And so those people would take Russian soldiers to this home and say, yeah, that guy, he was in the territorial defense.

Russians would pull the guy out without any words, just shoot him. And so about 20 people, they were killed. But those 10 who remained, those 10, one of those 10, he said, we were lucky that we stayed outside of the village, we would be shot. And few days they were hiding around the village, trying to connect with Ukrainian military forces to tell them that what Russians are doing in the village, where they're at, and if Russian, Ukrainian forces would shoot their cannons, then those people would correct the fire and say, okay, take left, take right, you know, or further and something else. So they were, those who remained alive, they were instrumental in helping Ukrainian militaries to chase the Russians out of there. So briefly, Greg, that is briefly, what on top of my mind right now, what people told my group, then the group came and they told me these stories. And seeing the pictures, you believe those stories, what was happening?

John Greenewald My, my, my, okay, talk to me about what you're hearing about. I know, Maropol, there, there, there is still a small group of Ukrainian soldiers that are holding on to a very small section of Maropol right now. And then they're moving on, there's another area that they're that the Russians are moving towards, as well, they've separated their forces. Can you talk a little bit about that and what you're hearing about that?

Maropol Yes. Of course, any actions on the Ukrainian side are being kept in secret that let out information to Russian forces. But I can share with you things that are pretty much are available online. So I'm not doing any disservice to Ukrainian forces. Amen.

Yes. So the small group that is sitting right now in Maropol, Ukrainian defense, Ukrainian army, we don't know the number, but they are amazingly, it's just absolutely supernaturally sitting in defending that part of the city. I understand this is part of the former steel or processing plant that is still in their hands, because it has heavy construction, they're protected by this heavy construction. And also they have, you know, some people they want to be near to them because they feel safe next to the army because what we hear the stories that we hear that when people from Maropol, civil people would get into the hands of Russians, the Russians send them to filtration camps. And in those camps, they're trying to figure out who is part of military group or who's not. And usually men, they check men. So they ask men to maybe take some clothing. They're checking for any tattoos that, you know, resemble Ukrainian symbols, you know, maybe a trident as a part of the Ukrainian national symbol, or maybe words about Ukraine or words in Ukrainian tattooed on their body. So they're looking for those. They're looking for any signs that maybe a stock was on the shoulder of the soldier after using the machine gun for a while. There are some marks left on the shoulder. So they're checking for those. And if they find any signs of the person being in the military, they just shoot him. I saw a video where Russians were filming how the guy is taking off his shirt and he on the back of his, between his shoulders on the back of the top of his back, he had a cross. It was just a cross Christian cross, maybe a little bit like resembling Orthodox cross. And these Russians were like, wow, look at that.

Like they found a sign that shows them that this is the sign of like Ukrainian national army or something like that. Hold that. Hold that thought, pastor for just a minute. We're going to be jumping into a break here, folks.

Please share that question with him. And then Pastor, we want to we want to hear from you. Pastor Vitaly, these atrocities that you speak of these injustices. I know that they weigh upon you as a pastor. And, you know, I know that the experience of your community is so, so real and vivid and tangible right now. How are your how are the faith communities coming together in this moment? And it's, you know, coming forward? Yes.

Yes. I would say that churches, amazingly, are, you know, mobilized and alive to pray for Ukraine. We, as never before realized that this war really is going between darkness and the light. You can even ask people who are not, you know, going to church and church to people. And they probably believe in God, but they are not active parts of any church.

But they even those people would admit that, yes, we see it. This is Satan came to our land and we need God's help to fight this war. So the churches are very active in providing humanitarian aid or bringing humanitarian aid from the west of Ukraine, from Poland, maybe from other countries to communities inside. They're very instrumental in maybe preparing food for the army, maybe making bulletproof vests like another church in our village here. They have managed to put together a small production, maybe making two bulletproof vests in a week.

So they're welding the metal, they're sewing the jackets where these metal plates go in and they give this bulletproof vest to the army. So church is strong. Church is, we are expecting, actually, we're expecting that the number of people in churches may eventually grow because people will have questions.

How could it happen? Why, where is God? Why God allowed such atrocities to happen on our land? And church has answered questions. Were the churches targeted in these areas that you're visiting?

I am sure, yes. Those territories that were occupied by Russians, churches are targeted. Churches are targeted.

That's like no doubts about that. Why? For Russian, for Russia, that their church is considered to be Orthodox Russian church, Russian Orthodox church. They are not even considering other Orthodox churches from other countries like from Georgia or maybe Ukraine or Greece as important Orthodox churches, as Russian Orthodox church. So evangelical churches, Catholic churches that are coming to Russia or were coming to Russia, they were considered to be like foreign agents because they're bringing, with the gospel, they are bringing, they're bringing freedom. They're bringing the value of a person which is contradicting to communism ideology and contradicting the Orthodox, Russian Orthodox church ideology because Russian Orthodox church was submitted to communism authorities as part of influence on people. So it's not like an independent body anymore. It became like one of the, you know, one of the branches of communist party in Soviet Union.

And now in Russia today, it is also considered to be like one of the, you know, leverages to effect on people. So now with that, when, you know, our first evangelical churches after Soviet Union came from the West, they came from America. We had a flood of American missionaries in Ukraine and Russia that started a lot of churches, which we are so, you know, thankful for. And I'm part of that missionary work.

I came to the Lord in 1993. So with that comes also the ideology that was raised by Christians in the West with freedom of speech, with freedom to profess your faith, with freedom or the value of human life that humans are, you know, created by God's image and we're all equal. So these ideas are hostile to communism. They're, you know, they're different from communism.

That's why they don't live together. When the Russians come with the indoctrinated by Orthodox church that all of the evangelical churches are sects, they are sects, they are a cults. That's what they believe.

What you speak of is so godless. These atrocities are so godless, you know, and we're told that Russia is a Christian nation, but what we're seeing in the troops is godless. Well, and I just want to encourage people, I held it up a minute ago, but just for my radio audience, this disinformation is so prevalent. And in a previous interview that you and I did, Pastor Vitaly, you talked about growing up in the Soviet Union, and that you literally, you believed the Soviet propaganda yourself. You believed it until you started seeing the truth and realized how, I mean, how they would take in previous wars and they would dress people up, dead bodies, they'd strip them down and dress them in Russian uniforms, enemies, they were people that the Russians had killed, would be stripped down and put in Russian uniforms, and then they would shoot propaganda pieces to make it look as though the Russians were the ones that were being mistreated.

Yes, there are many ways how to create propaganda or mislead people, and what you just described are some of those really effective methods, but with modern technology, now it is hard to create such, you know, persuading pictures because there are so many telephones with cameras and there are so many other secondary footages that can reveal the truth about what is going on. So now they are doing something else, some other propaganda. One of their methods is to tell lie that is so obnoxious, that is hard to think that, you know, an official TV channel would say such a thing, like, oh, if, like, you know, there was a, it became such a, like an icon story, iconic story of Russian propaganda, like one of the ladies, she was saying, I saw how a boy was crucified by Ukrainian nationalists, because he was speaking Russian. This story from 2014 became such an iconic piece of how obnoxious the lie can be, and how people believe this, because they would say central, like, number one channel in Russia would not let it go if it wouldn't be truth. So it is truth. But if it is truth, how horrible it is, and we all believe this. So this is kind of one of those one of those ways how to push the propaganda into people.

But we all think Americans can certainly relate to that. So yeah, let me give you a piece of advice how to be how to avoid the influence of propaganda. This is how I was working. Let me let me I'm gonna have to interrupt because I want to give you time to do this. Those of you that are watching us stay with us. I love my God and I love his creation and I will go to my grave telling the world that evil is evil and only God is good and Jesus came to save the world. That no matter the evil in the world, I will never give up and in spite of the hate, I will love in truth.
