Deliverance in Liberia

Nothing says Christmas like a water buffalo. For a poor family in Asia, getting a water buffalo is like getting a farm tractor to pull a plow, or getting a milk truck full of delicious milk, or getting a stand at the market to sell cheese.

He just read that scripture to you through your temple, through this vessel, come on. He wants to use you. It's nothing that I did.

It's not me. It's Jesus in me, the Spirit of God in me, and the Spirit of God wants to place that spirit, and it's me in you, come on. But you have to die first.

You have to allow this old man, if addicted to drugs, you got to let him die. He who the Son sets free is free indeed, John 8.36. But if you want to be free indeed, it ain't free indeed.

You got to do something to get it. We are saved by grace, it's a free gift from God, but you have to make a decision. It's your choice. You have to decide this day. What I did in that prison, I decided that day. I said, Lord, you just kill me now. If I'm going to go out and smoke another drug, kill me now.

You just kill me. I'm not doing that anymore. I made a decision. I put down my foot and said I'm not doing it, and I was really scared of doing that because I thought I'd be doing drugs every day of my life for the rest of my life. I didn't know that there was freedom like this.

I wouldn't have that desire. Do you know from that time when I got out and I let that old man die, when the Lord created a new enemy and said, Therefore, he who is in Christ Jesus is a new creation. Old things are passed away, all things are new. This is the new.
