Hello, everybody. Thanks for having me on board. Well, you're always welcome here because you really enlighten our audience. I feel like I'm smarter when I leave here, right?

Because you are. All right, very good. Now, we're going to get into the Bible study tonight. But just before I do that, I wanted to just say to Ms. Grzanja Kezella from the Albany, New York area. So Randy, we'll let you start tonight in Revelation and go along if you have a question or comment. Let's do it a verse at a time. Start with verse 14, Revelation 3, 14.

3, 14? All righty, you got it. And unto the angel of the church of Laodicea, write, These things saith the Amen, the faithful, and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God. I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot.

I would that thou were cold nor hot. Okay, let's just take it a verse at a time. So here now he said, into the angel of the church of Laodiceans. Okay, so he's talking about Christ is the beginning, he's the ruler supreme, he's the authority, and he's the origin of all creation.

And that's what it says, the true witness and the beginning of the creation of God. And then I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot. I would that thou were cold or hot. So here, the Laodiceans was the wealthiest of the seven cities that we're referring to here. It got its water from a hot springs by aqueduct. And by the time the water, because they had no good water in the city. So by the time the water hit the city, it was lukewarm, or tepid.

And you know what happened, you see my coffee here, Lisa let the coffee get tibid. She said, no, I had to wait for it to get cold before I could drink it. Because it was okay to start, it was warm, okay. And it was okay, but then it was hot, and then now, then it became tibid. So I had to wait for it to get cold. So I didn't, you know, not really worth mentioning, but I thought I'd mention it anyhow.

It started out hot. Oh boy. All right.

Let's see, let's go to verse 16, where you just read one verse at a time. Okay, so then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth. Now isn't that word, the violent word as in vomit? Yeah. That's what that means, spew is vomit. In other words, the warm water made for a very disgusting drink. And you had the tibid, you know, where it's, you know, especially with the hot springs, it had what, sulfur in it, a lot of sulfur. Yeah. And that name smelled good. Go ahead and read verse 17.

Okay. Because thou sayest, I am rich and increased, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing. And knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked. Well now, most of your mega churches today fit in that category. What happens, they have a tendency to somehow associate the people, to associate their standing as Christians often with the size of the building and that that they attend the church.

I was amazed, this fellow was bragging to me how pleased he was with his church because it had a movie theater, it had an Olympic swimming pool, size swimming pool, and an actual golf course. Well, that's a country club, that's not a church. See, churches are to be different, right? What do you think churches are for? Well, come on, it's a gathering place more for the worship of God than anything else. Praising God, worshiping God, and a corporate worship of God more than anything else.

Yes. So, churches are supposed to assemble yourself with praise, worship, and more than anything else, what he wants us to be. What is the one thing from Genesis to Revelation that the Lord demands more than anything, and that's obedience. Absolutely. So praise, worship, and service. Praise, worship. That's what churches are for. Yes.

Not to have Olympic-sized swimming pools, not to have bookstores, not to have movie theaters, or some even have bowling alleys now. That's something, right? Oh, sure.

Don't tell that to Joel Osteen. Oh, dear. Sure, sure. Come on, you know I came to you. Well, I came to you from Omega Church. We had nine people that came out of Omega Church.

Yeah. You know why? Because, well, tell me why you came. Well, I mean, for me, it was a combination of things. One, I was an usher there, and I actually heard people ask the pastor directly how they should vote, and he managed to never tell them how.

I listened to the answers. Secondly, and then let's face it, they were obviously 501c3 from the pulpit on back, so there really was virtually no mention of hell and the things that really count, because I think the number one thing in a person's life, whether you're Christian or not, is you've got to stay out of hell. I don't care, you know, all the rest of the things, and sure, the fathers have laid it out, but the one thing that everybody should be scared of is hell. Yes. So then you believe staying out of hell is a righteous cause, right? Yeah, even necessary, right? Yes.

Yeah, I would agree with that. What do you think, Peter? Staying out of hell is a good thing to accomplish? Yes, and also staying out of Anthony Fauci's neighborhood.

Well, Anthony Fauci, unless there's some serious repentance, he'll be in that lake of fire when he has done horrible, horrible things that man has done. All right, so then verse 18. I counsel thee to buy of me gold, tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich, and white garments, white raiment, excuse me, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear, and anoint thine eyes with eye salve that thou mayest see. Now, isn't it true that they had eye salve there at Laodicea? Did they have that there? Yeah, and also at Sardis, there was also at Sardis.

At Sardis, okay, yeah. So he goes on to say, again, I counsel thee to buy of me gold, tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich, with white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear, to anoint thine eyes with eye salve, so thou mayest see. Now, he's saying, one, first of all, let your praise come from obedience to God through uncompromising, uncompromising.

That is the problem with the megachurches out there today, that it's too much compromising, okay? Oh, as many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Be zealous, therefore, and repent. Well, he goes on, let me go back here, and he says, that thou mayest be clothed, and the shame of thy nakedness do not appear. Now, the white raiment represents what? Purity.

Righteousness, yeah, that's what it is, the white raiment. And the shame of thy nakedness do not appear. So he's talking about if you don't have a robe, then you're standing there naked. Yes. If you don't have a robe of righteousness, then you're naked in your sin.

Yes. You're standing there naked in your sin. And then he says, anoint thine eyes with eyes salve, that thou mayest see.

So what is it that he's telling you you need to see? Spiritual sight, to see the Lord. And also see the sin, the way that they've drifted away, their wickedness, their vileness. It's the error of their ways is what they're to see, and that they need, that they're in bad shape, that they're standing there before the Lord naked in all their sin. And so then he says, as many as I love I rebuke and chasten, be zealous therefore and repent. Now, he tells you over there that in Hebrews chapter 12, if you are not chastened by God, if you're sons of God, and you're not chastened by God and rebuked of God for doing wrong, you don't belong to God. He says that you're not sons but bastards.

That's right, that's right. So he's making a point here, as many as I love I rebuke and chasten, be zealous therefore and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If any man will hear my voice and open the door, I will come unto him and will sup with him and he with me. So if he's knocking at your door, is he on the inside or outside?

He's outside. So he's outside the church. Isn't that famous portrait of Jesus standing at the door and knocking, and there is no doorknob on his side, or you know, no way.

So you have to open from the inside. Remind me of the old joke about the old farmer, Henry. I think I told you that joke. And this old farmer, he decided they had built a big new megachurch much closer to his home. And so he said, you know, it's much closer, I think I'll just go start attending that new megachurch. So he went there a few times, but he noticed how, you know, all the cars out there in the driveway were BMWs and Mercedes and that, and he was driving his pickup truck.

And the folks in there were all professionals, they were dressing a lot different than he was. And so, and he noticed that the people kind of looked at him and sometimes he could see people whispering when he would come to church and he sat there. So a couple of the deacons, they pulled him aside and they brought him in and they said, look Henry, you probably would be better to find a church where you would fit in more than you do here.

It's not that we don't want you, but I mean, it's obvious that you don't really fit in that well here with us and maybe you should consider looking for, you know, another church. And so he said, we'll tell you what Henry, look, do this, okay? Go home, pray about it earnestly, see what the Lord tells you to do and then come back and tell us. He said, that's reasonable. So that's what he did. He went home, he prayed about it. And he came back and they saw him and they came over and they said, well, Henry, we see your back, did you pray and ask the Lord if you should continue to come here? He said, yeah, yeah. He said, what did the Lord tell you? He said, well, Henry told him, he said, the Lord said, I wasn't welcome here and he's not welcome here either. And they said, oh, we see, there you go. Now that's kind of like, in reality, in a lot of these mega churches, they're caught up into churchism, but not, they're missing the whole purpose of the church, aren't they?

Absolutely. So now, if you were to say, did Jesus say place up your treasures on earth here where you can use them now, like Joe Osteen says, live the good life now, okay, or did he say place up your crowns in heaven? In heaven. So when he says buy gold tried in the fire, he's telling you to buy your gold from him. And so, what do you think he meant when he said to buy your gold from him, when it refers to tried in the fire, referring to persecution, right? He's referring to, in other words, being bold and willing to suffer for the cause of Christ. And in other words, it's the furthest thing from the comfort zone. So in the mega churches, what do you think they promote, the suffering for the cause of Christ or the comfort zone?

Comfort zone. Well, the other thing that happens in mega churches is that the whole ministry of prayer is actually stunted because one allegedly you have the spiritual halves and the material halves and the have nots. And nobody wants to profess that they're a have not of either one of those publicly, not even in the church. And in smaller churches like ours, I mean, we pray for one another, come on, just like, like, come on, Eddie lost his brother the other day. And what do we do this morning?

We pray, we pray, we pray for them. And we prayed with a knowledge of who he was, who Eddie was. And so we're all more like family and our mom and pop, if you will. It's like we talk about this all the time.

You know that ours is like a family. Everybody really does know everybody. You really have seen everybody. And there are all these multiple services and all this stuff where, you know, you don't even know, say, people in the second service or the third service and that sort of thing. And like I said, it stunts the ministry of prayer because nobody's going to get up and profess or claim a need because it's embarrassing when you're sitting there with all these doctors, lawyers and Indian chiefs, so to speak, to admit that like I'm struggling in my life with my health or whatever it is because everybody has it there. And if you notice it, Joldin, those people never talk about the poor in their church or the sick in their church. And we know that there's got to be people there that are sick and people there that are struggling with financial issues, if you will, and other things.

And that doesn't happen in those churches. You know, you just reminded me of something. One of the guys we prayed for was Mike Gill. Oh, yeah, Mike.

Right. Well, we've I just found out, OK, because Mike is a contributor. Mike Gill we have is a contributor to our radio program. He's the one to publish the Pandora Papers. Well, I just found out today that it was a different Mike Gill.

Now, both of them work with Trump, with President Trump. But this was a different Mike Gill. So it was not our whistleblower. Oh, so it's not our guy. Now, the reason we were sure it was because just about three weeks ago, he told me that the FBI had warned him that they were going to try to kill him.

And and then it got shot. All this other Mike Gill got all shot up. OK, so well, maybe they made a mistake, too. Yeah.

I mean, seriously, they couldn't know they were probably aiming for the real. So but the thing of it is we need to pray for the other Mike Gill. But now going back to the church, we had we used to have a couple that would come to our church every other week, every other week. They'd come to a church and every other week we go to the food pantry and we give them food. They would leave there every week. So I asked him, I says, you know, you come here every other week.

Where do you go in between? It's war actually members of that mega church you were talking about. We're actually members there. And I said, well, then why are you coming here and getting food from us? That's a big, wealthy church.

They said, well, if they knew that we were poor, we wouldn't be welcome there. Right. I said, do you know what you just said to me?

Do you ever stop and think about what you just said? OK. And they just kind of looked at like a deer in a headlight. OK, that's there's something there. Right. So anyhow, he goes on to say, go ahead, Peter. Yeah, that's just not right.

Yeah. So he says to him that overcometh, I will grant to sit with me in my throne. Even as I also have overcome, I sit down by my father at his throne. He that overcomes are born again believers. All born again believers have already overcome.

And so and their name has already been announced in heaven as overcomers. And with that, we're going to we're going to play a short clip tonight, Peter, before we get into it with you. This clip is very important and because of what has just been happening recently. So we only want to go about seven minutes of that clip.

So go ahead and let her go. Alaska. Do we have a corrupt judicial system today? That question is being asked by many. We're going to take a dive into the system with hopes to find the answers. One must remember that a person is innocent until proven guilty.

That is, unless the system itself is plagued with corruption. In July of 2022, a Kenai grand jury started investigating evidence of systemic corruption within Alaska's judicial system. Of particular concern is Marla Greenstein. For the last 35 years, she is the sole investigator for complaints lodged against judges in the entire state. With over 8000 investigations, evidence indicates she was falsifying official investigations and certified documents to keep corrupt judges on the bench. You can see evidence against Miss Greenstein and other documents cited at Alaska State of Corruption dot com and Alaska Grand Jurors Association dot org. Immediately after the Kenai grand jury subpoenaed Miss Greenstein, the Alaska Supreme Court issued Order SCO 1993 that changed Criminal Rule 6.1 to further suspend the grand jury powers to investigate, subpoena, recommend or indict corrupt officials. Yet in Article 1 Section 8 of the Alaska State Constitution, it states, the power of grand juries to investigate and make recommendations concerning the public welfare or safety shall never be suspended.

Now that we know what the problem is, let's take a step back into time and see what the catalyst was that started all of this. I'm Todd Lindley and I'm a member of the Alaska Grand Jurors Association. This is a topic that should be of concern to every single citizen in the state of Alaska that no one is talking about. The only reason why I found out about this particular event that was occurring was through one of the newspapers, the Watchmen at the time, had run an article about this judicial corruption investigation. In 2010, evidence cropped up that Alaska's only investigator of judges for the last 35 years was falsifying investigations of judges so that they could remain on the bench. We filed complaints with all the appropriate authorities, with the Department of Law, Commission on Judicial Conduct, ombudsman, any entity including the legislature and governor that we thought could help.

Knowing that there were many families in Alaska that were finding similar problems in Alaska's court systems, I kind of joined in with the group and began investigating all different sorts of avenues here. I'm here because the Alaska grand jurors have the right to investigate under the Alaska state constitution and it would seem that people are trying to prevent those investigations because there seems to be something to hide. Why else would you stop an investigation? Why would you hinder the right of the people to have a checks and balance on the judicial system or the legislative process or anything? If you go to hide something, it's because there's something to hide.

If there's nothing to hide, you open up the investigation. And what we've seen over the last couple years... Alrighty, we're back now. I'm going to take Bill Wild call very quickly here. Bill, you're in the air. Yeah, I'm here Ernie. How are you doing this fine evening? We're doing okay. How are you? Fantastic, man. The weather is very nice here in Ohio. Well, I've got Dr. Peter Glynn with me tonight and he's scheduled.

We've got to get moving with him. Do you call them because of the clip I just played? Yeah, that is David Hage's clip from Alaska that's been working on judicial corruption things for quite a long time. And so the reason that what they were doing is, again, in the Constitution, just like here in Ohio, the judicials have become so corrupt, so very corrupt. And the grand jury is the ultimate authority.

It's the highest authority. And so these Supreme Courts have tried to overrule that. In fact, they've come together and said they've appointed themselves to be a higher authority than the grand jury and they tried to... Literally, in Alaska, they tried to do away with the grand jury, didn't they? Yeah, well, they actually passed a law saying that the grand jury can't investigate them, which is a felony offense on their part. So it's quite interesting what's going on. This is why tactical civics is growing at such a quick, so mighty, such a great... Well, I don't know how to say it, but it's just really growing. It's really, yeah.

We had several hundred people get in just in the last 48 hours or so just to get to understand. And of course, we're at Ransom Sage Farm on the 9th of February. We're going to do an intro meeting there, so... Could you, it looks like Peter dropped. Could you get back with him? Oh, is he back already?

Yeah. Peter, we're going to be with you in just a minute. I know you dropped here. Take your time, Pastor. There's no worries at all. It's your show. Take your time.

I'm good. Yeah, but we wanted to make this as important because this is what's happening. The judicial system in our country is so corrupted, but there's this huge awakening out there today. Just this last couple of days, how many new people do we have sign up for tactical civics? Well, I don't know.

Excuse me. I don't know the exact number because the whole system kind of got overwhelmed, but there's been several hundred. And of course, you know, we've been averaging probably 20 a day for quite a while. Now it's exploding.

Just the podcasts that were done really helped a lot with that. And yeah, it's exciting. Very exciting. Well, here, you see in Oregon, their Supreme Court blocks 10 Republicans for running for reelection. This has cured judicial tyranny.

OK, all these Democrats there. In other words, they try to keep them off the ballot like they did in Colorado, where they tried to remove Trump from the ballot and they tried to do the same thing in Illinois. But in Illinois, it went the other way. And so, I mean, what's happening is the corruption within the judicial is so great, but the people seem to be awakening and they're they're going after them. They're going after they're convening these grand juries. And you have now grand jury associations are growing in number. People are signing up and they're going to try to they're trying to let their county officials realize this is the Constitution. Here's the Constitution.

Read what it says here. And that's starting to move across the country, is it not? Oh, my gosh, it's incredible. It is absolutely exploded since I've been involved in a couple of years. This went from a couple hundred people to many, many thousands.

And we're we're having an explosion that by the end of the year is going to be unbelievable to see. There's three thousand four hundred counties. There's thirty four hundred counties in the United States. How many counties do we have chapters in now?

I think it's right around 2000, a little over 2000 at the moment. Well, there you go. So amazing. So it's it's the people are awakening and we're coming to get our country back. The deep state realizes the deep states in a panic right now, folks. But we've got to keep it.

We really got to put the heat on. Believe me, they're scared to death to have Trump back in because there's been high treason. The corruption in these county governments is just unbelievable. It's like, you know, how how can we fool the people today, every day? And people know their rights.

You know, thousands of people wouldn't have lost their homes to. And you know what? Property tax is not even constitutional. It's not right. And that is not a bit before that.

It's not biblical. And so we've got to. This is why it's so important. Tomorrow night, I'm going to play that entire segment. I think I'll play the entire segment tomorrow night. And so that's good stuff.

Really good stuff. Alaska's really last just a little late to the party. Some of these these places are what have been corrupt for a lot longer than Alaska is. So Alaska is waking up to it.

There's a lot of people getting involved. We are doing like I said on the 9th, February 9th. We're going to do at Ransom Sage Farm and we're doing the intro meeting for anybody that's interested. They can come to that seven o'clock. And then, of course, I believe it's the 23rd. The last Friday of February, we do it again at your church.

The leaders of the word church. All right. Very good.

We bring people around and teach them when they want to learn. All right, my friend, you're doing a great job. We got to keep it up. But I got to get to Peter because I have a lot of women out there across the country that are waiting to talk to him.

They want to tell them about their aches and their rheumatives. And so if you want to. Thanks for all you do. Already. Thanks. God bless.

Well, I mean, this was all kind of started to stand out in boldface when you just look at how they're handling the Trump prosecutions in New York. I mean, it's unbelievable what they're doing to him. Would you ever imagine that in these courts, that corrupt judge there, he ordered Trump. He wanted to know exactly what Trump was going to say, what questions that he would ask any witnesses. All of this stuff is unbelievable.

And and then he tried to put a gag order on Trump's attorneys. This guy. Right.

This this nutcase actually was telling everybody before there was a hearing, before there was a trial, that Trump was guilty. Right. I mean, well, you know, I mean, it's kind of sort of feels like end times to me.

I mean, I'm not I'm not a biblical scholar. I don't know. But people are losing their freaking minds everywhere. And it started with the poisonous poke. And now it's with all of this nonsense, all this legal nonsense. And also, I feel like the dam has broken and that there's a movement afoot. And I'm pretty sure Trump's going to win the next election. But, you know, in order for him to win. He's got to in order for him to win by 60 percent, he's got to win by 90 percent. Right.

Yeah, you're right. Because of all the election fraud, the Democrats is natural, just like a bird. If you throw a bird in the air, it'll fly.

If it's alive in the fish, if it's put in water, it'll swim. It's like Democrats and election fraud. That's a part of their natural habitat. That's what they do. OK. And also, in a lot of these cases, an individual is taking Trump off the ballot. And there's no individual, whether you be the state attorney general's state attorney general or the secretary of state, they can't do that by themselves. And that's what they're doing. One person standing up and saying, well, he's off the ballot.

And you can't do that. Trump says what he what one of the first things he's going to do when he gets back in office is he's going to get an attorney general, a legitimate attorney general, not someone who's simply like corrupt, like Garland. Garland is. And they're going to go after all of these George Soros appointed prosecutors and state attorney generals. They're going to go after all of them. So for the corruption on baby rock and roll, let's go. It's high.

So, Clifford, you better have something seriously wrong with you. OK, so you're in here. So two sets of questions. So I'll try and get to it. The first is last time you were on, Peter, you mentioned fasting. And I thought your suggestion was for the hours was kind of long.

So I'll relate that. Would you ease into a longer fast? Some people gradually try and fast longer and relating that to musculoskeletal issues. I have a neighbor.

I asked her, oh, do you still paint? And she says her right hand is arthritic, but not so much her left at all. And I'm wondering if that's a use factor. You know, I can remember running a marathon and I had to walk like, say, mile 21 for about a block to a cramp in my left leg. But I realized I was mostly pushing off my left leg rather than my right, not evenly.

And eventually that caught up. So I'd ask you if you see with athletes where they kind of favor a little section of their body and that repetitiveness comes into play. And then my second question is about language use and diagnosis and just in medicine in general. One example would be that they say when people come in anxiety versus depression, they'll say, for example, they'll ask questions like about are you anxious? And then people will say, yeah, I'm anxious. Are you depressed?

Yeah, I'm depressed. So it's like leading questions or questions along the line. Or with this word vaccination, like I was listening to a show, the guy asked, oh, are you vaccinated to the people that worked with his radio show? And I would say nobody's been vaccinated.

It's not a vaccine. You've been poisoned. The better question would be, have you been poisoned? We're getting, Peter, we're getting all kinds of reports of people. Their whole personality has changed. They and it's not for the good.

They become cold and angry and bitter after many of them after they've taken the poisonous poke. All right. So I want to I want to address that right up front real quick. I just interviewed a colleague of mine. This this this person is a nature path like myself. He went to a traditional naturopathic school instead of an accredited naturopathic school like I went to. I think they have a better training at the traditional naturopathic schools.

That's neither here nor there. And he's experimenting a lot over the last year because of a divine intuition that came to him, kind of sort of with magnetic field, exposing people who have been jabbed to magnetic field in order to negate the net negatives from the jabs and having remarkable success with it. So my advice to the listening audience is if you were unlucky enough to have been jabbed and you are experiencing bad outcomes from that, then find a way to have a full body MRI. A full body MRI is a full body MRI will subject you to a really strong magnetic field, a really strong magnetic field.

And the theory is that the magnetic field is wiping the information that the nanoparticles that were in the jab contain, kind of like a magnetic field wipes the data from a hard drive. He's having remarkable success with it, and I trust this guy. He also codified hands on healing. And in my clinical experience, there are two types of medicine, well, three types of medicine which are extremely effective at healing.

Of all of the types of medicine are extremely effective for healing, the first is hands on healing, the laying on of hands. But not everybody can do it, right? It's not everybody is as good at that as the next person. Some people are extraordinary at it.

Some people not so much. This guy has codified a method of hands on healing. So if you have a heart attack, you put your right hand here, you put your left hand here, and then you move your left hand here, and then you move your right hand here to very specific points in the body. If you have a broken bone, you put your right hand here, you put your left hand here, and it's just like that.

He's having remarkable results with it. So there are solutions here, and one of the strengths that I bring to the table is the information that I disseminate is based on clinical results, either of myself or my colleagues. I'm not like Dr. Mercola where it's flavor of the month, echinacea cures everything, and then the next month it's apple cider vinegar, and then the next month it's acai berries.

It's not like that. This is what our holistic physicians actually seeing work in clinical settings, and so this was really eye-opening information to me. It makes sense to me on an intuitive level, and I would recommend it. And if you can't find your way to, you know, if you just can't figure out how to get an MRI, call my office. We'll see if we can't set that up for you somehow.

But nonetheless, that's what I would do. Now, Cliff, to answer your question, the preponderance of symptomatic expression on one side of the body versus another more often than not has little or nothing to do with whether you're right handed or whether you're left handed or whether you're favoring this leg or favoring that leg. It has everything to do with the built-in strengths and weaknesses that you have inherited from your parents and then which have been acted upon by the stress of life. So, and there are very specific treatments which it kind of speaks to the majesty of, majesty isn't the right word, but speaks to the uniqueness of the holistic approach that I could have twin, I could have identical twin. They both have rheumatoid arthritis, and they've been to the medical doctor, they've both been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. One brother has it in his right shoulder, the other brother has it in his left shoulder, and they would need two different treatments because the treatments in holistic medicine are individualized. There's a lot of stuff that we do generically, right, like everybody should drink a certain amount of water, everybody should avoid too much alcohol, everybody needs to neutrify their body, everybody needs to do a good detoxification program.

But more often than not, the treatments are individualized, and so the right-sidedness would speak to a certain avenue of treatment as opposed to a preponderance of symptoms on the left side. Now, the thing about fasting is that fasting is very, very good for you, but the reason that people fast is when you fast, you burn fat, and when you burn fat, you liberate toxins because over 90% of the exogenous toxins crap in the air, crap in the water, crap in the food that gets into the human body, and there are hundreds of man-made chemicals in your body right now, ladies and gentlemen, this is an academic fact, hundreds of man-made chemicals that are floating around in your blood right now, the body sticks those toxins in fatty tissue to get them out of the general circulation. But when you fast, you burn fat, and you release the toxins, okay, then the toxins go through the portal system, they go right into the liver because the liver's job is to detoxify things, and it does that in a two-step process. But the detox process that the liver uses are demand nutrients. You have to have enough nutrients in order for the liver to be able to detox stuff. My position is that you don't have enough nutrients. Nobody has enough nutrients because the food that we're eating does not have the nutrients that the body needs.

Some of them doesn't have all of them. So you are nutritionally deficient, period, unless you are aggressively supplementing with the right stuff. So if you just go on a fast for whatever reason, it's like beating the hornet's nest. You're going to hurt yourself.

So we don't recommend it. What I recommend is first you nutrify. First you nutrify. You give your body the foundation pack, the 90 essential nutrients. You do that for two months, eight weeks in a row, and then you can start a detoxification program which would include different periods of fasting, like fasting for 12 hours, fasting for 24 hours, fasting for 36 hours, fasting for three days in a row, fasting for five days in a row. There's all kinds of ways you can do it, but first you have to nutrify the body. And when you get into an extended fast, you have to know how to do it because you need to take laxatives. You need to drink a certain amount of water every day.

You need to take extra nutrients to help your body deal with the toxins that you're going to liberate. You can do it, but, you know, you need to be taught how to do it. It's just like if you bought a gun, you wouldn't just... I hate to break in there, Peter, but the whole board is lit. And here, you know, with all the toxins we have, let's face it, we're a nation of mutants. And so these mutants are calling in right now. Don't keep the mutants waiting. Let's go to PA with Terry. Hi, gentlemen. I want to know, Dr. Glidden, what causes lymphedema and how do you treat it? Well, there's a number of things that can cause lymphedema, but, you know, the lymphatic system in the body is a major house cleaning system of the body. And the lymphatic system is pumped through the body by a certain thing called the third phase of water, which is a really interesting thing to talk about. But it's also pumped through the body by physical movement. So when the lymph system becomes overwhelmed and you get swelling or inflammation in different parts of the lymphatic system, that's because your system has been overwhelmed by the toxin. It can't get them out fast enough.

It's like backing up. There's too much crap in the body for your body to get rid of efficiently. And that's caused by one of two things. Either you are unwittingly all of the time eating food that's hurting your body. You don't know that you're doing that and it's hurting the body and that builds up and builds up and builds up and builds up and then the dam burrs. And or your body just doesn't have enough nutrients to properly detox stuff. I mean, it's like if your car runs out of power steering fluid, you can't turn the wheel anymore. And it's because you don't have enough fluid.

Well, it's the same with the body. So the first thing to do with chronic lymphedema or even acute lymphedema is take the 90 essential nutrients. That are found in the healthy foundation pack and a botanical medicine called good herbs, lymphatic support, lymphatic support. Then you also want to do an online search for lymphatic brushing because you do dry brushing of the skin in certain directions in order to help move the lymph through the lymphatic system.

Just look up lymphatic dry brushing on the internet and get the foundation pack and I would do two bottles of the good herbs lymphatic support and that would be dosed at four milliliters twice a day, four ml's twice a day.
